Welcome to this morning meditation to embrace your day with positivity,
Allowing yourself to be comfortable in a seated position,
With your spine straight,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Placing your palms facing open on your laps and softly closing your eyes,
Becoming aware of your body,
Being present with your breath.
Now we will take 10 rounds of deep and slow breaths,
Breathing in slowly and deeply,
Breathing out slowly and steadily,

Breathing out slowly and steadily,
Keep breathing.
Now relax and breathe naturally,
Repeating the affirmations in your mind as you breathe,

Breathing out I am surrounded by love and light,
