We will do 25 rounds of continuous 6 seconds balanced breath through the nostrils.
We will breathe in slowly and steadily into our lungs for 6 seconds,
We will breathe out slowly and steadily for 6 seconds with gentle expansion and relaxation of our diaphragm.
