This is an incredible but also peaceful breath-work practice session guided by Aswathaman Achu can be practiced by any level of breath-work practitioner to wake up with calm body, balanced mind, relieved stress, relaxed nervous system and boosted immune system if practiced regularly. Welcome to the Morning Immune Boosting Breathwork Session.

Today's practice will help us start our day with a calm body and mind.

Regulated Nervous System.

This is a great practice to boost our immune system by practicing regularly.

In today's practice,

We will do 25 rounds of balanced breathing with gentle expansion and relaxation of our diaphragm.

And this practice is done in a seated position.

Let's begin now.

Slowly and gently,

Stretching your body for a few moments,

Now allow yourself to sit in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed.

Place your palms facing open on your laps.

Slowly close your eyes,

Becoming aware of this present moment.

Breathing naturally,

Embracing this morning by embracing the natural rhythm and the presence of your breath.

Now,

We will do 25 rounds of continuous 6 seconds balanced breath through the nostrils.

We will breathe in slowly and steadily into our lungs for 6 seconds,

We will breathe out slowly and steadily for 6 seconds with gentle expansion and relaxation of our diaphragm.

Let's begin now.

Breathing out completely,

Now breathe in slowly and steadily.

Breathe out slowly and steadily.

Breathing in slowly and steadily.

Breathing out slowly and steadily.

With the ocean waves,

Keep breathing slowly and steadily.

With the ocean waves,

Keep breathing slowly and steadily.

With the ocean waves,

Keep breathing slowly and steadily.

Final round,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now breathing naturally on your own rhythm with the awareness of the soft expansion and relaxation of your diaphragm.

Experiencing the divine life force nourishing every cell of your being for a few moments.

Now breathe in deeply,

Exhale slowly with a sigh.

Gently roll your shoulders,

Wiggle your fingers and toes with the sense of gratitude for your health for this beautiful day.

Open your eyes to the world around you.

Notice the space around you.

Rise and shine.

Enjoy your day.
