Softly close your eyes and become aware of your body.
Bring your awareness into your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Becoming aware of each breath,
Noticing the rhythm,
Feeling the softness of each breath,
Embracing the natural rhythm of your breath,
Grounding you into the present moment,
With a gentle smile,
Bring your awareness into your heart space,
Feeling the sense of gratitude filling your heart with each breath,
Breathing in happiness,
Breathing out happiness,
Now repeating the affirmations silently in your mind,
I am surrounded by love and abundance,
Today I attract joy,
Happiness and goodness into my life,
I am a beacon of hope and light,
I am full of peace and harmony,
I am surrounded by love and abundance,

Now breathing in and breathing out,
