Welcome to this guided meditation on conscious alchemy.

My name is Eric Schott,

And it's an honor to have you join me today.

This guided meditation is a powerful practice in self-healing,

Utilizing visualization,

And transmuting from a state of victim to victor.

This exercise demonstrates the power of our consciousness,

Awareness,

And our inherent ability to become greater than our environment.

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

I invite you to close your eyes and take a couple of foundational breaths with me,

Inhaling through the nostrils,

Filling up the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold at the top,

And exhale out with a sigh.

Let's do that again.

Inhaling through the nostrils,

Fully in,

Holding at the top,

And exhale out with a sigh.

As we drop into this practice,

Continue breathing relaxing breaths at your own cadence,

Focusing on breathing through the nostrils.

Let's start with locating any place of tension,

Comfort,

Numbness,

Perhaps a void,

Perhaps you have a physical injury,

Or some other area of pain,

Or using the symbol or word pain.

We could also be using emotional feeling or sensations.

These are all neurological and connected to the body.

Continue bringing awareness to your present experience and expression of discomfort or pain.

To stay with your breath,

And fully in through the nostrils,

And exhaling out.

Once you've located this area of discomfort,

We're going to assign different qualities to it to make it a little more tangible and comprehensible.

For starters,

I want you to give it a shape.

The shape of that sensation is,

Now take notice of the density of this sensation.

Really notice the depth,

Maybe assigning a color to it,

Or perhaps multiple colors.

I invite you to name what that sensation is.

How is it showing up?

Notice how far reaching that sensation is within.

Sometimes these sensations can have tendrils that reach into other parts of the body.

Take stock of all these different qualities you have assigned.

Coming back to the breath,

Fully in through the nostrils,

Fully in.

I want you to change the shape,

To change the sensation.

All those qualities of this discomfort or that area of pain,

I want you to change the shape into a sphere.

Visualize yourself pulling it in and reshaping it.

Pulling in that whole sensation into the shape of a sphere.

As you are doing this,

Even smaller,

Make it smaller and smaller and smaller.

With intent focus on this ball,

Begin moving it down.

Move it down your body.

Move it down into one of your legs,

To where it makes contact.

Now taking a deep breath in,

All the way.

On the exhale,

Release the ball out of your body,

Into the ground and into the earth.

Releasing it out once again,

Remind you to stay with the breath through the nostrils.

Move your attention back to the original location of where that sensation was.

Notice of what is different now.

What wants to be filled in that space now?

What do you choose to harbor in this location now?

At the top and side out,

I invite you now to open your eyes in a short integration.

Explaining what just happened with this powerful technique for the days ahead.

Even if you had just a brief reduction of the discomfort,

It's important to pay attention because when you're moving around with this discomfort that you're not addressing,

It's basically governing how you are,

How you're showing up.

And when you started to change its shape,

You transmuted your relationship to it.

Transmuting from being a victim to being victorious.

It no longer had control over you.

You gained control of that sensation.

You were changing where that sensation existed in your body.

You were changing how that sensation existed in your body and moved it out of your body.

This was all you.

Whether it is physical pain,

It doesn't matter.

If it is an experience within the brain,

If there is an obstacle that you are experiencing,

Be located in the body of awareness and practice.

You can change it.

As we conclude our practice today,

I thank you for joining in practicing Conscious Alchemy.

My name is Eric Schott and I wish you a blessed day.

Namaste.
