From this moment,

From this moment I will be like a gentle stream,

Bubbling with light in the rapids of my day,

Sitting for moments in still pools of reflection,

Flowing over the obstacles that block my way.

From this moment I will soar like a beautiful bird,

Greeting the new day with a musical tune,

Floating on thermals that touch the sky,

Sleeping each night in the light of the moon.

From this moment I will stand strong like a tree,

Flexible yet grounded with the wind in my leaves,

Drawing food from the earth to fill my need,

Providing safe shelter for others with ease.

From this moment I will be as pure as a child,

Fresh and unblemished,

A shining new light,

Exploring and traveling the paths of my life,

A beacon that shines extraordinarily bright.

From this moment I will open my eyes to the beauty and magic of this planet of ours,

Caring and nurturing it all with love,

The land and the seas,

The air and the flower.

From this moment I will embrace all of my life,

Giving thanks each day to be here,

To be me,

Promoting and spreading the power of love,

Creating a world where we are all one.
