This meditation will focus on stress and releasing stress.

Nowadays,

We experience a lot of stress because we're in a fast-paced society where we have to do a lot of things.

We pressure ourself and have more self-judgment than ever.

During this meditation,

We try to calm our body and feel more at ease.

I would like you to get in a comfortable position,

Either on a chair or laying down.

At first,

We're gonna breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly.

Just feel how the air comes in and goes out.

Do you feel tension in your body?

And where do you feel it?

Accept that there is tension if there is.

It's okay.

And when you think about a moment where you feel very stressed or maybe you feel very stressed now,

What is that doing to your body,

Your feelings?

Do you feel warm?

Do you feel the air?

Do you feel the air?

Do you feel warm or tense?

Do you feel angry or sad?

Just explore how your body and your mind feel.

And breathe in deeply and breathe out through your mouth slowly.

Every emotion that you're experiencing is okay.

It can be a little bit of a pain in the neck,

But it can be a little bit of a pain in the neck.

Every emotion that you're experiencing is okay.

It can be there.

Accept it.

Wave at it.

Say that you see it.

High anger,

High sadness,

High happiness.

I see you.

I feel you.

And I accept you.

High tension in my back,

My face or my stomach.

Now I want you to imagine a place where you felt relaxed.

Maybe it was on a beach or somewhere in nature,

Walking.

It's all right to imagine that moment.

Try to imagine how you felt.

Try to imagine that moment.

Try to imagine how you felt,

How your body felt,

The emotions you were experiencing.

Breathe in and breathe out.

How is that feeling?

Do you feel it in your body?

That you're more relaxed?

Imagining that moment?

Do you feel your shoulders soften?

Your face maybe a bit smiling?

Going back to a moment where you felt alive,

More relaxed,

Can be a good way to release tension and shift our mindset.

Without even experiencing it for real,

Your body and your mind,

They don't know the difference between experiencing it for real or it just being in your mind.

So it's good when you feel a lot of tension and stress to go back to a place in a moment where you felt alive.

Because your body and your mind will react to it and you will feel more alive.

What if you could feel relaxed and happy like that moment in the moment that you're in now?

Can you replace the stress,

The relaxation and knowing that everything will be alright?

Trust the universe that it has your back and it will give you everything you need so you don't have to be worried.

Because everything will be alright.

Let go of the tension.

Let go of the sadness or any emotion that makes you feel stressed.

And make place for the relaxation and the calmness in your body.

So we're gonna practice it with breathing.

We breathe in the experience of being calm and relaxed.

You go back to that moment when you felt like that and you're gonna breathe out all the tension and emotion that you're feeling when you're stressed.

So when you're ready,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let go of all the tension and the stress.

Breathe in all the positivity and calmness and breathe out all the tension and all the stress.

Breathe in all your happy feelings in your relaxed body and breathe out of all the negative words and feelings.

Breathe in trusting the universe to give you all that you need and breathe out letting go of the stress of what can be or what was.

Breathe in,

Be present and breathe out.

Let go of the future and the past.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Give yourself some time to feel how your body is feeling right now.

The emotions you're experiencing right now and accept everything that is.

Know you have the choice to feel relaxed and let go of the stress.

Know that you're in control of your feelings,

Your emotions and the tension or the relaxation in your body.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.
