In this moment I am focused on my meditation practice from a Buddhist background, but welcome all practices. I have been fortunate enough to have received the Master Degree in the Usui System of Reiki, and have studies in Kabbalah. As I deepened my studies in this path, I am becoming more focused on a community of people with chronic pain. In my daily life I aim my practices to those in need with guidance in cessation of suffering. We all walk together.
