HOWunless We're gonna start off by taking a deep breath in and exhaling out.

Another deep breath in and exhaling all the tension and negative energy that we may be feeling around us.

Another deep breath in and exhaling out all the unwanted stale energy,

Any fear,

Regrets,

Traumas.

Just letting them all go one by one out of our energy field.

Relaxing into our breath and allowing our shoulders to just relax.

Allowing our face and our jaw to just relax.

Let go of all that tension.

Any worries about work,

Financial worries.

Just feeling a sense of returning back to earth and grounding.

And feeling her presence and allowing her to heal us and be part of this moment.

Just thanking her for all the beauty that she has to offer.

Taking our mind into nature.

And hear all the animals going about their day.

And allowing Mother Earth to take over any negative emotions we may be feeling.

Allowing her to heal our mind and our body by feeling her.

Here with us now.

And whatever thoughts may be coming to our minds,

Just letting them pass by.

Just continue to relax into this moment.

Paying attention to our breath.

Feeling our bodies relaxing.

Allowing that positive energy to start entering and taking over those areas.

Where you feel fear and anger,

Disappointment.

Those areas are being filled now with just pure positive energy and strength and love.

Peace and calmness.

This is the moment where we allow our bodies to heal.

Just feel them healing.

Allowing this moment to be very sacred for all of us.

So we may raise our vibration.

And as we sit here and we're calm and relaxed,

Just give thanks for where we are in life right now.

No matter what may be going on in any aspect of our lives.

Just giving thanks.

And feeling that positive energy take over.

And it's dismantling all the negative energy.

All the bonding we may feel to past relationships,

Experiences,

Drugs,

Alcohol,

Any addiction.

Just allowing all that to break free.

From holding us down.

From not allowing us to move forward in life.

We are very well deserving of all the wonderful things this life has to offer.

We are strong.

We are blessed.

And we thank you universe for everything you have provided for us.

For all the beautiful and the ugly situations we may have gone through.

It has all taught us a lesson.

And with those lessons we have learned to move forward in a positive,

Constructive way.

Thank you.

For giving us this moment to let go.

For being here and taking a step towards self-care.

We're going to take a moment just to quiet down,

Be in silence for a few minutes.

Just meditate.

No need to try hard.

There's no right or wrong way.

Whatever you feel,

Embrace it.

Take a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath out.

As we allow ourselves now to bring ourselves back slowly and gently.

Back to ourselves in this moment.

Letting go of any pain,

Of any hurt that we may have.

Allowing those emotions to be present but not taking over.

Our daily life,

Our spirituality.

But healing those emotions,

Confronting them.

Letting go of any past trauma,

Current trauma,

Pain,

Suffering,

Confusion.

Any mental or physical confusion that we may have.

Just bringing ourselves back to balance.

And grounding ourselves in knowing that we are strong.

Just moving forward.

Feeling lighter and more aware.

Allowing our intuition to guide us.

Allowing love to prevail and guide us.

And always being grateful for the smallest things in our life.

Allowing that gratitude to take over.

And fill our hearts,

Our minds,

And our spirit with that positive outlook.

Building that momentum towards peace and love.

Abundance,

Protection,

And grounding.

And as we're relaxed.

And in this moment of gratitude.

Allowing ourselves to slowly come back to the present moment.

Moving your fingers and your arms and your shoulders slowly,

Gently,

Just feeling them.

Gently opening your eyes.

And living in gratitude.
