I invite you to gently direct your attention inwards effortlessly, attentively, and calmly. Allow the inner silence to reveal itself as you recognize yourself as the witness of it. Feel the silent voice of your own being, listen to this call to consciousness, to the simple recognition that you exist - full, free, and conscious. Try to bring to your consciousness this little practice whenever you can during the day. This is your nature - your freedom.
