This is a talk followed by a meditation about healing through truth. Jamie talks about the fact that you are not broken. You just thought you were. She teaches you that there is never anything to fix, there is simply more to see from within. Opening to a higher perspective of the outside world. She hopes to open your eyes to the possibility that perhaps what you think is your greatest flaw is your greatest gift. Space is created in the meditation to open your mind to your own truth.

So what I wanted to talk about tonight just for a few minutes is that there is nothing wrong with any of us.

There is nothing wrong with you,

There is nothing wrong with me,

And it can seem like that at times.

And if it looks like there's something wrong with you,

That you're fundamentally flawed or broken or incapable or weak or whatever,

You're caught up in thinking,

In the thought of there is something wrong with me,

I am weak,

I am broken.

And the reason I can speak to this so well is because that's what I used to think about myself.

And I'm still coming out of that and growing out of that because I was given the message growing up there was something that needed to be fixed,

There was something broken,

There was something wrong.

And I just want to touch on this conversation and then also I know a lot of people that gather with me are similar to me.

And a lot of us are empaths and if you're new to that word it just means that you feel a lot.

You can pick up on feelings of other people,

You have vivid dreams and you feel like you travel to other planes and you have an ability to see dead people and angels and know things before they happen.

And you also have an ability to feel more than other people feel.

And I think sometimes,

Because this conversation is near and dear to my heart,

Which is why I can speak to it,

I think sometimes when you grow up as that type of person that just has a gift to connect into the whole,

Divinity,

Soul,

All that kind of stuff,

The world doesn't necessarily understand people like that.

And it can look like you are broken because of the messages that you get.

And so you might have more fear or more anxiety than other people because you feel so much.

And you're afraid to feel all of the feelings.

So you're resisting them and it's causing anxiety and it's causing depression.

For example,

I've been talking to a lot of my other healer and empath friends this week and all of us have been having these extreme like,

We'll be peaceful and fine and then out of nowhere,

I will have the most intense fears will slam me.

Just surge of fear,

Surge of terror and it won't stop.

And I know all of this in my brain so I'll be like,

All right,

Jamie,

Welcome it.

Let it be here.

There's nothing I can do about it.

I need to let it pass.

I need to let the energy move and do whatever the heck it's going to do.

But I'm sharing this with you because I don't know what level,

Where you guys are,

If you're new to this,

If you're this or if you're that.

But I invite you to open your mind up to maybe there's nothing wrong with you.

Maybe you're gifted and you just don't know it.

Maybe you're sensitive.

Maybe you're intuitive.

Maybe you can feel the collective like I can and you feel like you're a lunatic because you're like,

Oh my God,

I'm sitting there watching a basketball documentary and then out of nowhere,

I'm feeling the grief of the world.

And so in one class,

I can't tell you,

Hey,

What do you do with that?

You know,

The greatest thing I can say is welcome it,

Embrace it,

Let it move through you and just know there's nothing wrong with you.

Because I was that way,

I felt so much and I was afraid of everything.

So I was put on anxiety medication.

My body was in fight or flight so long that it went wonky and I got sick and had all these allergies.

And so it's like this constant message of here's this medicine,

Well,

Here's this medicine.

And no one can fix her.

And until one day I realized like,

Holy shit,

It's your gift.

And you grew up,

Which many of us do grow up in a world where,

You know,

Who's 7,

8,

9 goes to the doctor and they say,

Here's this medicine to help with the symptoms because I'm a huge fan of that.

And let's look at nutrition or let's look at her psychic abilities or his psychic abilities or let's see what's going on emotionally and see is this human more sensitive than others?

And how can we help them exist in a world we're not there yet?

So maybe this speaks to your heart.

Maybe this is resonant,

But regardless,

There's a question that I absolutely love.

And it's there's never anything to fix.

So whether you think that you're an empath or not,

Maybe this doesn't connect with you because again,

There's 40 of us on this call.

There's nothing ever to fix.

There's just more to see.

And by see,

I mean internally an insight,

A realization,

An aha moment.

Problems occur in the mind,

In the brain.

Life is life.

Okay?

Life throws us,

Brings us to our knees with grief and pain and loss and all of the things.

I'm not saying that,

You know,

It should be positive all of the time.

Life is life.

But if it looks broken or wrong or if you look broken or wrong,

We're looking through a lens of there's something wrong,

Right?

So that thought's here.

We're looking through that lens.

So I've got these purple something's wrong with me glasses on or something's wrong with life or them.

And so of course,

Everything's going to look like that.

But I take the glasses off and life is life.

And I feel what I feel and I experience what I experience.

And when we let life be life,

There's a peace around it.

There is a love around it.

There is a compassion for self and a compassion for others around it.

It's still painful at times.

It's still beautiful at times.

It's still glorious and all filled at times.

But there isn't the suffering around it.

Like I'm fundamentally broken.

So there is kind of there's an out there's a lot of ways I can explain this.

But just imagine that you're on an elevator,

Right?

And you're at the lower levels of something is wrong with me.

I'm always stuck like this or I can't,

You know,

I'm weak or I'm this or I'm that or sensitive or whatever the heck you have going on in there.

And you're down here at a lower level of the elevator.

Everything on that level,

That elevator level,

That's all you're going to see is at that level.

Now,

As you go up higher in the elevator,

You're going to have a higher vantage point.

You're going to have a greater view and you can see the whole community or you can see at the top of the mountain.

You can see everything out there.

And that's what it's like inside.

When we're in a low mood or we're caught up in our thinking or we're in a lower level of consciousness,

It's going to look like there's something wrong with me.

There's something wrong with life.

There's something wrong with them.

That's a low level type thought.

It's a fearful thought.

And when we start to question our thinking or get curious about it or just see it as thinking,

It's not personal,

That's where my mind learned to go based on the environment I was around and the culture I live in and the earth that we all grow up in on.

And we just get a little curious about that.

What happens naturally without a tool or a technique as we start to just naturally drift up to a higher level of consciousness?

So that's what I mean by there's nothing to fix.

There's more to see.

So if it looks like there's something to fix,

It just means that you're caught up in a thought that there's something to fix or a lower level of consciousness where there's lower level thoughts.

And you've got to let go of that like ball that we're holding at the bottom of the pool.

If we let it go,

It naturally rises to the top.

Same thing if we get curious about our thinking,

If we aren't so tied to it,

If we're like,

Huh,

I wonder if that could be wrong.

Here's the wild thing too about our brain.

When we believe something,

Our brain will give us proof and evidence of it being real.

So because I thought that about myself every time I was put on a medication or a change to diet or had all sorts of symptoms I couldn't fix or felt extreme emotions or there's Jamie crying again or whatever the hell.

My brain saw proof of that and went,

See,

Still something wrong with you,

Always something wrong,

Fundamentally broken.

And it just stays in this little loop.

But if that thought was never there or if I'm looking at a higher level of consciousness,

It's like,

Wow,

What a gift.

You can feel into the world and you just need to learn how to separate energies and your body's tuned into these things and you can talk to animals that live in Texas and you have the ability to feel immense love and joy as well.

It's same Jamie,

Same life,

Same experience,

Same you,

Same life,

Same experience.

First level of the elevator,

Top level of the elevator.

So it's so wild that our whole experience is created via whatever thinking that we're in in the moment.

And when we get curious and we open our consciousness and open our mind,

The ball at the bottom of the ocean can rise to the top,

The pool,

Whatever.

And then we naturally start to see more about ourselves and we have to be willing to be wrong because again,

My brain could go,

Yeah,

But,

Yeah,

But,

Like in the coaching circle we all say,

We say,

Yeah,

But,

Yeah,

But,

Yeah,

But,

Yeah,

But,

Because that's what our brain wants to do,

Wants to prove to you everything that it knows.

But if you want to heal,

If you want to feel love for yourself and others again,

If you want that inner warmth of heart and soul again,

You got to be willing to say,

Okay,

You're going to show me proof of it and I'm going to go,

Well,

Yeah,

You're showing me proof because I believe that thing and so my whole reality was created around that.

But I'm going to suspend that and hold that loosely because I want to see something else and if there is another way to see my life and myself and my situation,

Then I'm open to it.

And we can't time it.

So that's what we're going to do tonight in the meditation.

We're going to see whatever your mind is stuck in.

It could be the same thing,

You know,

That something's wrong with you or broken or whatever.

And then just surrender and reflect on,

You know,

There's nothing to fix.

There's just more to see about this.

And then let go of needing to put positive thinking in there or control it.

Like your soul already has thoughts that are in alignment with love in there.

You don't need to put them in.

You're not broken.

You got what you need.

You just got to let go of the lies and the junk and the stories.

Okay.

And be patient with yourself along this,

Along this journey.

All right.

Then go ahead and just get comfortable in your space and close your eyes whenever you're ready.

Now we'll get started.

Let's close those eyes if you haven't done so yet.

I know this might be a radical conversation for your brain,

But that's how we get past those old beliefs and thoughts is sometimes we might have to just be a little radical,

Be a little different than everybody else.

And the reward is worth it.

So just let yourself settle in and take a couple deep breaths.

What if there's nothing wrong with me,

Even if my brain is going to say,

Yeah,

But my bank account and my body and my life and my attitude problem.

But that's just because you're looking through the lens of judgment and punishment and right and wrong.

That's thought created.

But if you ask to see your little baby self through the eyes of your soul,

We'll get a different answer.

Same life through the eyes of love.

Gentle inhales,

Gentle exhales.

And just let that physical body start to settle into the meditation,

Let your eyes really soften softening that space right behind your eyes.

Just really feel your face like letting go.

Everything's kind of dripping down towards the ground and jaws relaxing your mouth's relaxing corners of the lips just dripping down melting relaxing all the wrinkles are undoing themselves.

And you're just letting yourself get present to this meditation as best as you can.

As best as you can.

Maybe what you thought was your greatest flaws your greatest gift in disguise.

And you never thought to look.

Let's let those shoulders drop down from the ears find a nice comfortable resting place.

Just letting yourself get cozy and settled in,

And your chest is relaxing and your belly is relaxing.

Let your entire body spill down into your seat into the ground into the chair the bed wherever you are.

Let your body be still.

Same life,

Different thoughts different perspective,

Different eyes.

Let yourself settle a little bit deeper within.

And you're just needing to make sense of this and just feel the stillness around you.

And we're aware of the thinking we don't need to stop it or control it.

We're resting in this container of it.

So we've got that bumper in between.

Just really let that body soften that breath be easy melting into the stillness around you.

You got nothing to do but be led by my voice.

We're going to call in miracles tonight we ask for shifts in perception tonight.

We ask to see our entire lives from the highest level of the elevator.

We don't need to force it.

We're just tuning that into our internal GPS and we're going to just let our consciousness do the work for us.

Because that's how it works.

We ask we reflect we align.

And just letting yourself disappear inside.

You're kind of out in outer space and you're just like bobbing around no gravity.

You're aware of stuff.

There's that quietness in between it all.

And you're sinking a little deeper.

And you're floating and you're hanging out.

You're not trying to get anywhere.

You're not trying to be any different.

Wow what if what if I don't need to change myself right now or get somewhere I just need to see differently inside.

And when I do the outside naturally reflects my new internal state and life sorts itself out from there.

So I don't need to work so hard on myself or on my life.

I just tune in.

I let that deeper well of information bubble up and I move from there.

And as we let our awareness settle a little bit deeper within tonight collectively we surrender the belief that there is something wrong with me.

There's not any part of us that believes that we're lacking in any way.

That's just what the brain says if the brain could see the soul.

It would go up.

Sorry about that misunderstanding.

I surrender this belief.

There's something wrong with me.

I'm willing to be wrong.

I'm willing to be proven wrong.

And as we surrender this up,

We keep our consciousness and our awareness open to new thinking rising in its own time.

And we say there is nothing to fix.

There is just more to see more insight more realization.

If in a loving place I want to adjust my behavior or say sorry or follow my wisdom to adjust my diet or whatever comes from a quiet place,

Not from a broken fix it place just from this makes sense to do place.

There's nothing to fix.

I surrender that thought.

I surrender that thought from my mind.

There's more to see.

I perhaps have just been hanging out on the first floor of that elevator.

And tonight I wish to travel to the top.

You programmed your internal GPS and that's all you need to do.

Letting go getting curious and remaining open.

And now we settle in and reflect.

Allowing our perfect course of action and clarity and inner wisdom to rise to the surface in its own time.

As we create the fertile ground for it.

As we let that body be so still and sweet and soft and settled in.

The world's being zero gravity internally and externally this bouncing around wherever we please.

Not so tied to one thing or another.

But the observer of our experience.

That space in between.

Reflect.

We don't need to fill the space but we allow the space.

Just floating in the space.

Open mind.

Perhaps I was wrong.

I'd like to see differently through the eyes of my soul.

Because that's a thing.

I'm going to set my mind free tonight.

Realign me with peace and compassion and truth and understanding of myself and others.

And then just sit back.

Settle in.

And disappear in between for a bit.

It's like you lean into the space and you lean in a little more.

And you open that mind.

And you hang out.

I'm not trying to get anywhere.

While the only thing I need to do is have an insight.

So I just rest in the space where they rise.

And I watch the thoughts as they come and go.

I needn't control.

I allow my humanity.

And I settle in and I just kind of cruise here for a bit.

I rest.

I reflect.

My body was twitching all over the place. I guess it was my mind and body reacting to each other. I had some serious breathing going on like I was gasping for breathe after being under water so long. I even smiled like a Cheshire cat. Lol pretty powerful stuff!
