Move to a quiet and peaceful place.
Sit comfortably.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
And breathe.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Watch your breathing closely.
Notice the expansion of your chest during expiration and its dissolution during expiration.
Connect with the dynamics of breathing in your body.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Exercise compassion and patience for yourself in the spreads.
Allow yourself.
Observe where your mind is.
If your mind wanders,
Do not worry.
It's natural.
Just watch and don't judge.
A conscious breathing pattern has a healing power.
Raise your vibration.
Quiet your mind.
Clean your heart.
Connect to yourself with your infinite potential and it will work on your entire system.
Healing.
Purifying.
And energizing you.
A conscious breathing allows subtle energy to manifest and it allows you to let go of what no longer serves you,
What weighs you,
What makes you feel sad,
Making room for you for the light,
For the extraordinary.
