Relaxation and visualization are important because they impact our neuro, endocrine and immune systems. Slow down your breathing in order to promote healing and wellbeing. I will ask you to breathe in until 4 then breathe out until 6, that which promotes a relaxed state, during the entire session. You just have to let my words soothe you Relax and enjoy.

Welcome to meditation to improve physical and emotional repair.

Relaxation and visualization are important because they impact our neuro-endocrine and immune systems.

We are going to slow down our breathing in order to promote well-being and healing.

I will ask you to breathe in until 4,

Then breathe out until 6,

Which will promote a relaxed state during the entire session.
