Your Heart Center Chakra
Today’s lesson introduces you to chakra 4 and the power of your heart. Your Intuition Chakra
Today’s lesson introduces you to Chakra 6 and the activation of your inner vision and intuition. We continue to build the connection through your breath from chakra 10 up to the root chakra. These sounds promote cleansing, clearing, and transformation. You are building the free flow of electromagnetic energy in your body. Your Life Purpose Chakra
Today’s lesson introduces you to chakra 8 and the activation of your North Star or life purpose. How do pure quartz crystal alchemy singing bowls support you in your awakening? In today’s lesson, you will explore your karma and life stories, including your patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Fear exists when we are not loving enough and not conscious in our body. These profound teachings and meditations bathing and soothing you in high vibrational sacred sound create a safe container for you to breathe and feel, and in that practice, to embody. There is nothing more that cannot be felt. As you breathe and bring your consciousness to places in your body where you have held and stored unexpressed emotions, they are released and healing happens. This practice of embodiment is the key to sustaining health and wholeness. May you look at life from a bird's eye view, seeing the bigger picture, stilling your chattering mind.

Your Soul Purpose Chakra

Uncover the true reason you are here. We practice bringing the breath of loving presence up and down your central channel: from chakra 9, your soul's purpose, down through chakra 8, into your skull and high brain centers. You will learn to train your mind to think the thoughts of your soul and anchor your mind to your heart. We practice embodiment techniques that we have learned throughout this course for a final profound lesson and meditation as you experience the truth of who you are beyond your story, landing in joy and wholeness.
