Enjoy a guided visualization with soothing background music, as you picture yourself as a child again in a lush, grassy field. Through childhood themes of curiosity and play, you will be guided to release what no longer serves you to make space for a powerful manifestation of what your heart truly desires. This track includes a few minutes for journalling and/or inward reflection.

Transcript

We came from the stars and are meant to be as brilliant as the stars.

If we reconnect to our inner child and the simple needs and desires of a child,

We can reconnect with what is truly important in this life.

We could relearn how to play,

Frolic,

Laugh,

Imagine,

Dance,

Be silly,

And be in awe of the wonder and beauty of life.

We could relish in sweet hugs and kisses from those we love.

We would worry not about how we are perceived,

We would simply be.

Connect with your inner child to become illuminated again,

To rediscover how to fully express yourself,

To be playful in life,

To become one of the brilliant stars in our night sky as you once were.

As you close your eyes and get comfortable in your space,

This may be laying down,

Sitting in a supportive chair,

However your body needs to be right now to be comfortable without judgment.

And when you're ready,

Take a big,

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now I want you to imagine yourself as a child again.

Whatever age resonates with you,

Whatever is the first visual of yourself that comes to your mind,

Again with no judgments,

No questions.

And I want you to visualize that this younger you is in a soft,

Grassy field at sunset.

You notice the way that the grass gently brushes against your ankles.

You notice the vivid colors of the sky,

Bright yellows,

Oranges,

Pinks,

Reds,

And blues.

You notice the comfortable temperature of the gentle evening breeze.

You look down and notice that you have a kite in your hand.

You smile to yourself and release this kite into the air,

Still holding the string,

And enjoy the way that it waves back and forth above you.

Take a few more deep,

Calming breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Once you have had your fill of flying the kite,

You decide that this kite represents what it is that you are holding onto,

What no longer serves you,

And that you must release in order to move forward.

With every ounce of energy,

You run across the grassy field with the kite,

Letting the length of the string out more and more,

Building up momentum.

Take a deep breath in and hold as you visualize yourself completely letting go of the kite.

Release your breath with a sigh as you watch the kite begin to move up,

Carried by the breeze.

With the visual of releasing this kite,

It suddenly comes to you.

What is it that your heart,

Your soul,

Your spirit needs to let go of?

Perhaps you just know,

Without question,

What it is that you are finally releasing.

Take a moment to say what it is you are releasing with that kite out loud.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out as you watch the kite go up further and further.

You watch it get smaller and smaller.

With every foot higher it climbed in the sky,

You feel lighter and lighter.

It's so high above you now,

There is no way you could reach it.

So high,

You can't even tell it's a kite anymore.

The sky has started to darken and stars have slowly started appearing like polka dots.

The kite is now a small moving speck high in the sky,

Still being carried by the evening breeze.

You see the speck vanish into the night sky.

You lay yourself down in the soft grass to rest.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out.

As you gaze at the stars,

You feel relief,

Lightness,

And freedom.

You notice that your mind is completely free of thoughts other than the sheer admiration of the beauty of the sky.

Your mind and heart are now free and open to call forth what it is you need in your life right now,

What it is that you desire.

Come back into your physical body and your physical space for a few minutes to reflect on what has come up.

Allow what your heart needs to rise up within you so that you can now move into manifesting it.

Take a few moments and you can write it down in a journal or simply sit with your thoughts and the feelings that have arisen and we'll get back to this meditation shortly.

When you are ready,

Say aloud what it is you are manifesting.

Close your eyes and bring yourself back to the younger you,

Laying in a field of grass gazing up at the stars.

Even though the stars can't speak,

Somehow you just know they are telling you that you are worthy and deserving of your wishes.

That the universe is aligning with you to make your manifestation a reality.

You relax deeper into the earth,

Trusting with your whole body that this is true.

That your manifestation has already come true and is now finding its way to you.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through the mouth.

You can now open your eyes and go about your day revisiting this meditation anytime you feel that you have something to release and something to manifest once that space has been opened up to move forward in a positive and empowered way.
