Hello there,
I'm Erin Newman and this is a meditation to help you to heal and release any negative emotions with the help of a healing goddess.
Begin by gently closing your eyes and sinking into the chair or seat beneath you.
Starting to take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allowing your entire body to sink into a state of complete relaxation.
Relaxing the muscles around your eyebrows and around your jaw.
Relaxing your neck and shoulders,
Letting go of the tension we hold onto there.
Feeling that relaxation moving through your entire body.
Relaxing your hips.
Letting relaxation move all the way down through the soles of your feet.
In this state of complete relaxation,
Finding yourself in a beautiful,
Magical forest.
You can feel the crisp,
Cool air on your skin and smell the scent of the trees all around you in this welcoming,
Magical forest.
And as you begin to walk through the forest,
The ground is soft and inviting beneath your feet.
And with each step that you take,
You find yourself sinking into an even deeper state of relaxation.
Coming to find yourself in the forest in a clearing and standing there in the clearing is a beautiful being of light.
This is a goddess,
Perhaps one from your ancestral lineage or perhaps one from another part of the world.
Simply recognizing that she is here today to support you in the beautiful work of releasing the emotions of sadness or grief or worry.
As she comes forward to take both of your hands in hers,
You feel a transmission of energy.
Feeling your vibration rising,
Feeling this higher energetic frequency becoming part of your being already.
And then she holds out both of her hands,
Cupping them gently.
And you are now able to release each emotion from your body,
Allowing it to rise up and be named by you.
This is your opportunity to release the negative emotions that you've been storing in your body.
Take a moment to really notice what are the emotions you've carried with you today.
Perhaps their sadness or anger or frustration or worry,
Taking each one and imagining that you can see each one leaving your body,
Perhaps taking a shape,
A ball or even a fogginess.
Taking each emotion leave your body and placing it in the Goddesses' outstretched hands.
Knowing that there's nothing you need to do here other than to release each emotion as it arises and place it into the Goddesses' outstretched hands.
And then allowing her to do the work of transmuting these energies,
Of transforming these energies into the energy of love and of light in any way that is most appropriate.
Your role is simply to watch as she performs this powerful healing process,
Taking the energies and she will do this work of releasing,
Transmuting,
Letting go of all that you've carried with you today.
Checking in,
Noticing if there's anything there still,
Repeating the process of gently releasing it from your body,
Seeing it take shape and placing it into the outstretched hands of this powerful Goddess.
Even watching as she continues to perform the healing work of transmuting these energies,
Perhaps you'll see as they slowly dissolve or perhaps there will be a process of water or fire allowing the Goddess to completely perform this work.
Exposing gently as you watch.
And then with so much gratitude in your heart,
Feeling the new energies of love in your body,
Of light in your body,
Knowing that you can return here at any time,
Even throughout your very normal day,
Simply by closing your eyes and asking to be in touch with this Goddess energy and allowing the Goddess at any point throughout your day to continue to perform this healing process for you.
Thanking the Goddess for this work today,
You begin to walk back through the forest,
Feeling the cool air once again on your face and the soft forest floor beneath your feet.
Trying to find yourself once more where you started from,
Beginning of the forest trail.
Placing both feet very firmly in the ground,
Connecting in,
Grounding in,
Bringing back with you all of the healed energy as you return very slowly on your own time to this time and this place.
Keep the object bound.
You you
