
Land Of Plenty

Hi,
I'm Erin Jean with Erin Jean Coaching and in today's meditation we are going to arrive in your land of plenty.
We are going to practice tapping into our subconscious via relaxation and a visual meditation.
We are also going to get to what I call your true choices.
True choices are just the things that you desire for no other reason than you love them.
There's no other reason.
I call these your true choices.
I believe these things are put on your heart by God just because he loves you and there's no need for any explanation.
These true choices lie in a place I call our land of plenty and we do this first from the place we're in now.
I'll take you through the process to get to your land of plenty and you'll just write what's there.
You might need to ask yourself what's true for me?
What's true for me and my family?
What's true for me in health and fitness?
What's true for me in relationship?
What's true for me in where I live?
What's true for me financially?
Hopefully you'll get the idea and your mind is already starting to churn.
All right let's do this.
This is going to take you to your land of plenty which is ready to give you plenty and plenty of things you love.
You will write it all down and then from all the things you write down you're going to pick six or seven things that really stand out to you as a true choice that you just love.
So just close your eyes,
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes and relax.
Take a few deep breaths in and out,
In and out.
Set the intention that you're going to relax.
Start relaxing with every breath.
With every breath the more you relax the easier it is to relax.
So you continue to relax easily and obviously with every single breath and with your eyes closed I want you to imagine a blue light in the middle of your forehead right there on the inside of your forehead.
Just see that blue light in your own mind's eye and with your eyes closed gently I want you to look up at the image of that blue light on the inside of your forehead.
Keep your mind focused,
Your inner vision totally and completely focused on that blue light.
Allow your eyes to comfortably close and keep that blue light in your mind's eye as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice.
Take another nice long,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and then breathe out.
You can find that you can move that blue light around your body and as you do it will deeply relax each and every part of your body.
So take that blue light down and focus it over your face.
Allow any tense muscles to become soft and relaxed,
Comfortable and easy.
That's right.
Bring the light down over your neck and your throat and across the shoulders,
Relaxing the neck and the throat and both of those shoulders feel loose as you let go.
As you let go,
Just let go.
That's right.
Let go of any tension and in its place,
Comfort and relaxation begin to spread over your shoulders and neck and throat.
Bring the blue light into the chest area now and feel all of those chest muscles relaxing easily and effortlessly.
Your breathing is becoming slower and more regular and you become more and more comfortably relaxed.
And the light shines over your stomach over your stomach,
Relaxing all of your tummy muscles and you become aware of the gentle rise and fall of your abdomen,
Rising and falling like waves on an ocean.
And your body can be like that ocean with beautiful waves of relaxation flowing over you.
Bring the light back up to your right shoulder,
Sweep it up and down the right arm.
The right arm,
Feel that right arm relaxing,
Becoming heavy and comfortable as if it no longer belongs to you.
Just so comfortably relaxed as it rests there next to your body.
Move the light over to the left shoulder now and focus that blue light up and down the left arm and the hands become so relaxed and heavy and comfortable as you drift deeper and deeper into this wonderfully relaxed feeling.
Now focus that blue light over your pelvis,
Bring it down over both of the legs,
Allowing both of the legs to be comfortable and relaxed.
And the feet,
Let the feet relax.
You can really begin to enjoy this wonderful feeling of calm and relaxation that is spreading over you.
Now the whole of your body is deeply and comfortably relaxed,
Completely relaxed.
So move that light further away until the rays of the light spread over the whole of your body at once and feel yourself immersed in that wonderful glow,
That beautiful blue light.
And you feel your mind moving forward now to become at one with the light at one with the light.
And as the light fills your mind,
You are totally relaxed and your body and mind are ready to receive and absorb new ideas and wonderful thoughts and feelings.
Continue to breathe and releasing any more tension as I count from five to zero.
With each number,
You'll be going five,
Maybe 10,
Maybe 15 times deeper into a deep state of rest and relaxation.
Five is a nice deep cleansing breath.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And zero is deep relaxation.
Now your blue light just becomes blue mist.
You easily become blue mist.
That's it.
Become blue mist hovering above the earth.
Become blue mist.
That's it.
Just imagine that you're blue mist and you start moving forward across the ground.
That's it.
And the faster you get,
The brighter the blue becomes.
Just allow yourself to get faster and faster.
Your blue mist speeding across the ground.
That's it.
And up ahead,
There's a tunnel.
You can see it and it feels good and exciting and you know that's where you've got to go.
The tunnel has a sign on it that says,
This way to the land of plenty.
So you feel excited as you fly as blue mist towards the tunnel.
You go into the tunnel,
A big open spacious tunnel.
You feel the air flowing through your hair against your face and you're lighting it up.
You're blue mist flying through the tunnel.
That's it.
And the faster you go,
The bluer you get.
You're going faster and faster and faster through this tunnel.
You're blue mist and you're lighting it up and you are so blue and you're just shining so bright and so blue that it's hard to even know where you start and where you end.
You're blue mist.
That's it.
Just imagine it as you're flying through the tunnel.
You're getting closer and closer to the land of plenty where you have everything that you desire without any judgment and it's there that you simply witness it.
You're excited and you want to go faster and faster.
You want to get to your land of plenty.
You want to know what's there.
You're blue mist flying through this tunnel.
The tunnel starts to slant up at about 45 degree angle and you're flying up and even faster than you were before.
And as you're flying up,
You're going faster and faster.
You're going to be in the land of plenty.
What is going to be there?
And you just get that good feeling.
You're going to get something that's really going to make a difference.
Excited as you're flying up,
You're flying up and you're blue mist.
You're flying up.
That's it.
And you're going up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up as blue mist.
You go up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up and you get to the end of the tunnel and you get to the end and there's a big opening.
There's a big spacious opening.
That's right.
As you come flying out of this tunnel,
You come flying out and all of a sudden you transform back into you.
You land safely right on the land and you get a symbol a symbol and you're in your land of plenty.
That's it.
You're in your land of plenty.
I just want you to notice what's there.
Notice what's there.
Have a good look around.
Witness what's true for you.
Witness what's true.
That's it.
Witness what's true.
Witness what's there.
And if you don't get anything,
Notice how you feel.
Start with your feelings.
This is your land of plenty.
Whatever you plant here will grow.
Whatever you plant here will grow plentiful.
What is it that you're going to plant?
What is it that's already growing?
I want you to I want you to take a few moments and really observe what's here.
Okay.
When you're ready,
You are going to open your eyes and grab your pen.
I'm going to count us back and I want you to stay in this field and write everything that's in your land of plenty.
Everything that's going to be there.
Everything that's already there.
You're going to write down what you observed.
At one,
You're beginning to come back to your body.
Two,
You notice your breath.
At three,
You wiggle your toes.
Four,
You wiggle your fingers.
And five,
Open your eyes.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Open your eyes wide awake.
Now I want you to grab a pen and paper and tune back in to the land of plenty.
Write down what you can recall.
Tune back in with your conscious mind.
What do you love?
What do you really love?
That's the question.
What do you love?
What's really here?
What do you love that's just for you?
Tune back in.
Close your eyes if you need to.
Tune back in.
Now open your eyes and write it down.
