Resting in a place where you're comfortable.
And just imagine that you are surrounded by your spiritual team and guides.

Imagine that you are connecting to the bottom of your spine a cord of light into the center of the earth and just with intention dropping that cord into the earth and wrapping it around the heart of Gaia.
In allowing that love from Mother Earth Gaia to come up that cord through all of your energy centers,
Making its way through the earth star beneath your feet and into your root center and then up into your sacral,
Your solar plexus,
Your heart center,
Your higher heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye,
Your crown,
And above your head the soul star.
And then coming back down into your heart and allowing that earthly love to just flow through your heart.
And now let us do the same above your head,
Extending your column of light through your spine into the center of your body,
Up through your head,
And reaching up as high as you can above your head,
Connecting in to the cosmic heart.
And bringing that cosmic love through that cord of light,
Flowing down into all of your energy centers,
Through your soul star,
Above your head,
Your crown,
Your higher heart,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your root,
The earth star beneath your feet,
Your heart,
Mixing with that earthly love,
Weaving together as one and just with intention,
See it radiating from your heart and sending it out to all those willing to receive this beautiful divine love.
And we're going to begin to bring in some sounds into your field,
Into your bodies.
And we ask you to drop into your heart center and whatever is in the way for you now,
Whatever it may be,
If you are feeling fear,
If you are ill,
Whatever energies you are hoping to let go,
We call forth your higher selves,
Your divinity,
Your souls,
To show you the way to a deeper embodiment of who you are on this earth plane.
And bringing whatever needs to be released,
Healed,
Transformed into your hearts now.
Through time and space,
We release all that's in the way.
And we ask the ascended beings that are with us now to surround you.

Germain of the Most High and the keepers of the violet flame to surround you in this moment as he creates and he places it in your heart.
The violet flower begins to expand and expand and expand,
Getting bigger and bigger until your body is fully enveloped by this ball of violet fire.
