You can go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Ideally with your palms facing the sky,

Your eyes closed and you begin to take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and through your nose and out through your mouth and through your nose breathing in light and hope and out through your mouth,

Breathing out all worry and all stress.

We'll begin this meditation with a body relaxation.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax 3 times and you'll just repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.

Let's start with the feet.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Down.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

The entire body relax.

And now that you're feeling more relaxed,

More present in your body,

You can go ahead and begin to see,

Feel,

Visualize,

Sense.

A waterfall of perfect golden white light is pouring down like a waterfall from the sky.

It's trickling down through the top of your head and starts pouring down through your body,

Washing away any and all thought that you're having at this time.

The speed of the waterfall increases or decreases based on what you need.

And you just wash away any thought.

Knowing whatever you need will always be returned to you.

And so letting this waterfall move through you,

Move through your mind,

Move through your body,

Finding any places of tension or stress.

And eventually flowing down through your feet and into the earth,

Taking all of this away from you to be transmuted back to the light.

We'll sit here for a few moments together,

Just focusing on this waterfall of golden white light,

Trusting the process and just letting go of what's no longer working for you.

This waterfall is very powerful and will carry away from you what you no longer need forever.

Visualizing this and spending some time here now with this waterfall of perfect golden white light.

So so so so so so so so so so tree tree tree tree so just sitting with this word allowing it to flow through you having your own experience tree tree tree whenever any thoughts arise just come home to the word tree tree tree so tree you you you you you you you you you See yourself lying down in a field of grass you You can't stop smiling life feels so good right now There's so much good to be seen to be heard and to be felt When you look around your eyes look and wonder at the sky the clouds the sunlight Everything all around you breathtaking Even though nothing is particularly different about this moment The only difference is you're here in it with it and and being a part of it and So as you look around Your eyes smile Your cheeks your mouth your teeth all smile As you feel the joy of being here in this moment Fully present and fully alive And now you decide to go ahead and close your eyes And experience the magnificence of sound When you close your eyes What do you hear?

What sounds have you heard hundreds of times?

But are just now really hearing for the first time Is it the wind Is it the different life all around you is it silence What do you hear in this moment?

As you relax You coming deeper and deeper in touch with your own body You decide it's time to experience life in a fuller way And so now you tune in to the sense of touch Feeling the grass around you Feeling the earth really acknowledging her presence Feeling how supported how held you truly are And just having this deep appreciation in this moment Your sight your hearing your ability to touch Also magical on the simple day Just laying outside in a field of grass The world is so perfect when you look at it,

Right The world is so amazing when you stop to listen And if you use the sense of touch You'll tune in to your deepest senses Tuning into this present moment and this gift of being alive Feeling grateful now with a breeze flowing over you You just let yourself experience in full ecstasy this moment This moment of pure bliss You notice the more that you're here the more your problems and your worries dissolve Everything just leaves except your heart and this moment except your senses and your truth Your authenticity is present your true self has arrived I feel so good to just be you Smiling at the gifts all around you Feeling so blessed in this moment And trusting yourself not to forget that each moment is always available to you Letting this really sink in this moment Your awareness to it and your choices You're doing so well Feeling grateful,

Feeling true to yourself And feeling that connection with source and with your heart And ever present,

Ever strong and ever powerful You begin to take 3 more deep breaths In through your nose And out through your mouth In through your nose And out through your mouth In through your nose And out through your mouth And just very gently opening your eyes Moving your body Coming back to this moment And appreciating it in a new way Thank you for joining me for this meditation I wish you all well And there will be more meditation soon Thank you Thank you

This is a lovely meditation. It offers a good reminder to use our senses to bring us back to the present. I especially appreciated the large gaps of silence, without guidance and just music, which might be tough for a novice but I really like. Namaste.

One of my biggest struggles is being able to live in the moment. The meditation gave me some tools to use during the day. Because it’s a bit longer than what I usually do my mind wandered a bit. :) Will do it again. Thank you.
