Let's begin by taking some deep breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just letting yourself breathe in this way throughout the entire meditation.

If you want a deeper experience,

You can place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

This helps to open different energy circuits.

And so breathing in this way,

We'll start the meditation by gently relaxing our body.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

And you'll repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Just remembering to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth as you gently repeat these commands to your own body.

And now that our bodies are feeling super relaxed and we're more present,

Let's go ahead and take a moment to visualize a waterfall of golden white light pouring down through the top of your head,

Pouring down through your body,

All the way out through your feet and then to the earth.

Sitting in this waterfall of golden white light,

It washes away any stress,

Any negativity,

Any pain,

Any discomfort,

Any worry,

Any to-do list.

Send it all the way now back to the earth so that you can be cleansed and so that you can be free.

Taking the next few moments in silence together,

We'll just continue to focus on this waterfall of golden white light pouring down through you,

Washing away what you no longer need.

Always trust that whatever you need will always come back to you.

You can take a moment to connect with it deeper by repeating it back to yourself several times that I love you.

See yourself walking through a feel.

As you walk,

Your hands flow over the different plants around you.

And you just walk more and more on the path of knowing yourself.

You are becoming.

And so every time you take a step,

You feel that much more joy.

You feel that much more relief as you step more and more into your divinity.

This is you.

This is you.

This is you moving forward in the light.

Congratulations.

You are really moving now.

Really moving towards your truth.

As you walk,

You begin to feel the sensation behind your back.

At first,

You're curious,

Wondering what this could be.

And then you realize it's your wings.

Your wings are full and expansive.

Your wings are full and expansive.

There's nothing you can't do.

It's all here now.

You're magnificent.

You're beauty.

You're truth.

You're flying into it.

And so taking off now,

You soar over the field.

You soar all around you with these beautiful new wings that you earned,

Letting yourself experience fresh air,

Experiencing the light,

Experiencing the magic that is you.

Your heart expand.

Life feels that much more beautiful.

You feel worthy.

You know you're enough as your wings soar,

As you're here in the light,

As you move forward in your path of growth.

Again,

Congratulations.

You are truly being you.

You are truly being with your heart.

You are truly being here.

And now celebrating this newfound love for yourself,

This newfound love for life,

This newfound love for the beauty of all things.

And just let these emotions out,

Be it through dance,

Be it through movement,

Joy,

Tears,

However you see fit,

But just letting it all out and feeling how good it is to feel so good.

You are doing so well.

You're such an amazing being of light.

The light is here for you and loves you very much,

Recognizing this,

Wanting it,

And letting yourself express more and more light as you truly deserve.

Take a moment now to let this all soak in the victory of life,

The victory of being you.

And now,

The victory of being you.

And though the journey's not over,

This is about your growth and about how far you've come.

I'm so proud of you.
