And so you can go ahead and set an intention for yourself,
What you would like to get out of this meditation today.
As you begin to close your eyes and take several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and through the nose and out through the mouth.

And feel a waterfall of golden white light pouring down from above your head.
This waterfall of golden white light moves through you,
Washing away any and all thought,
Any stress,
Any tension in the body,
Any worries or frustrations,
Whatever's holding you back.
Just let it all get washed away now,
Back to the earth so that you can relax and so that you can truly breathe.
So we'll sit here together for a few moments,
Just focusing on this waterfall of golden white light pouring down through your head and down through your body,
Just helping you to be the best that you can be.
