In this meditation,

We are going to be tapping in to the incredible power of the mind in order for us to achieve an incredible night's sleep.

The mind is an incredibly powerful tool and when used correctly,

We can benefit our lives in so many ways.

And one area of life that can benefit from the power of the mind is sleep.

We're going to be using the power of visualization in order to help us to sleep,

Well,

To drift into a sleep that lets us feel empowered and energized the next day.

So what I want you to do first is get in your bed and just allow yourself to lie there in a natural position that you would usually sleep.

All you have to do now is listen to my voice.

If you're feeling stressed,

Anxious,

On edge,

Not sleepy in any way,

Then now's your time to let go of that idea.

Because ultimately stress,

Anxiety,

Tension is actually an idea of the mind.

When you think you are anxious,

When you think you are stressed,

Then it actually amplifies those feelings.

So I want you to know right now that actually you don't need to validate those feelings.

You can let them go and realize that all there really is right now is this moment of relaxation.

And I want you to embody this idea for a moment that all there is,

Is this precious moment for you to be at peace.

Just listen to the music.

Music Now,

I want you to imagine what a great night's sleep would look for you.

What position would you be in?

How would you be feeling?

What place would your mind be?

Where would you be emotionally?

This is where you can fall into your imagination and adopt that perfect image of sleep.

Become that visualization.

Allow yourself to fall into it.

All there is,

Is you and complete and utter blissful rest.

Become that perfect image of sleep.

This is you right now in the present moment.

Fully relaxed.

Allow all the tensions that you're holding onto in your body.

Release themselves from your fingertips and your toes and the top of your head and every other end point in your body.

So all that's left is this lucid,

Relaxed you.

Breathe easy.

Rest harmoniously.

You deserve it.

Give yourself permission.

Say in your mind,

I deserve this perfect rest.

Because you do.

You've done so well today.

Even if you didn't get a lot done,

Just the very fact that you are here right now is an achievement.

Now I'm going to leave you with the music.

Let yourself drift into peaceful bliss.

Accelerates comenz.

I was lulled to sleep so fast! Sadly, I don’t recall much except the soothing voice and peaceful words. I had such a deep, full-nights rest! Eternally thankful πŸ™πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—
