Allowing your abdomen to gently fall.
Repeat this deep breathing pattern several times,
Focusing on the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Allow the relaxing music to help you find a sense of calm.

Now let's just return to a normal breathing pattern and let's close our eyes and imagine a peaceful,
Serene garden.
In this garden,
There is a beautiful pond with clear,
Calm water.
Visualise yourself standing by the pond,
And imagine that the water represents your overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
As you take a step closer to the pond,
Imagine gently placing your hand in the water.
Feel the coolness and soothing energy as you release all your overwhelming thoughts and emotions into the pond.
Watch as the ripples spread,
Carrying away your feelings of burden and pressure.
You don't need to be so hard on yourself.
Life is tough enough as it is,
Let alone when we're beating ourselves up all the time.
In order to feel less overwhelmed,
We need to give ourselves permission to feel less overwhelmed.
So as you're watching the ripples spread,
Carrying away these feelings of burden and pressure,
