Good morning beautiful person.

Thank you for being here today.

I want to begin our practice with a simple mantra that I'd like you to repeat three times.

And that is I love you and then followed by your name.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

This practice is all about self-love this morning.

Maybe you've been a little bit hard on yourself lately.

Maybe you felt like you've had the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Maybe things have become a little bit too much for you at this present time and you just need a chance to decompress and unwind.

Well this is your opportunity.

Say thank you to yourself for giving yourself this time.

Repeat after me.

I let go of all the pressure I put on myself.

I let go of all the pressure I put on myself.

I let go of all the pressure I put in myself.

I have everything I need right here right now.

I have everything I need right here right now.

I have everything I need right here right now.

And take one big deep breath in through your nose.

You are doing so well and today is a new day,

An opportunity for you to let go of all the worries of yesterday.

This is an opportunity for you to thrive.

If you call in abundance,

If you look around you and breathe in the present moment without judgment,

Without labeling it,

You'll recognize that you have the power to navigate through the day with ease and clarity.

Sometimes we forget that and that's why these practices are the perfect opportunity for us to realign and remind ourselves that everything's going to be okay.

So once again,

Take a big deep breath in through your nose and release through your mouth.

You are safe.

You are well in this moment.

I'm thankful for the limitless overflowing source of abundance in my life.

And with that thought,

I'd like you to just temporarily close your eyes and just say out loud some of the things that you are grateful for in your life.

Because gratitude creates a positive attitude and that's exactly what you need today.

And now you've mentioned all the things that you are grateful for,

I'd like you to take another look around you and just smile.

Because those things that have accumulated in your mind are just temporary attachments that you can let go of.

They do not define you.

They are just experiences.

They are just feelings.

They are just thoughts.

That is not who you truly are.

You are the present moment.

You are just you.

And that is just someone that is here in the present moment.

That is all.

Without labels,

Without attachments.

Go through the rest of your day with this non-attachment.

When things come to you,

Separate yourself from them.

And then you can respond in the best way possible.

From a grounded,

Open space.

Where your feelings don't get the better of you.

And you can just be.

Let yourself be.

That's all you need to do.

I trust that the universe is always working in my favor.

I hope that you have the most wonderful day.

Just be you.
