In this meditation,
We are going to try and channel some messages across,
Whilst meditating at the same time.
These messages will come from your spirit guide or spirit guides.
So you'll need a pen and a paper to be able to write down what comes to you.
The best state of mind for communication to take place is for us to be predominantly functioning in our unconscious mind.
So what we need to do in order to tap into our unconscious is get into a relaxed state where we heighten our senses,
And we focus less about what we need to do and what we're going to do,
And more on the present.
So get in a comfortable position and get your pen and paper beside you.
First of all we're going to practice a relaxation technique that will help us to drown out all the chitter chatter of the mind,
Make us feel fully relaxed.
First of all I just want you to focus on listening to the music,
And that's it.
Please enjoy the tones and frequencies that come into your ear.
And if your mind wanders away,
That's okay.
Just refocus back on the music.
Now I want you to focus on your breathing.
Start breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Do this in a way that feels natural to you.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Continue this breathing pattern for a little bit.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Okay,
Hopefully you're feeling much more relaxed than when you began this meditation.
I want you to just really bask in that good feeling,
And close your eyes.
Now you may get images that pop up in your mind,
Or words,
Symbols,
Anything that pops up in your mind over the next couple of minutes.
I want you to write down on the paper beside you.
Don't put any meaning to it for the minute,
Just literally write down what comes to you.
Really just enjoy the music,
Be at peace,
And write down anything that really pops up to you in your mind.
Give you some time to do that now.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Okay.
Now I'd like you to either speak out louder in your mind these words.
As spirit guides,
I'd like you to convey a message to me.
And once you've done that,
I want you to close your eyes again for another couple of minutes,
And then continue writing down what you receive on paper.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your mouth,
And out through your mouth.
Okay.
So you may have something written on your paper now,
Beside you.
It's up to you to interpret these messages in a way that fits your life.
At the moment they may not mean anything,
But just keep your eyes peeled about what happens in your life over the next week,
Over the next month,
And see if those messages all of a sudden become relatable.
You might be able to interpret them in one way,
Shape,
Or form.
One thing I will say about these messages is they are always positive.
So look forward to what these messages bring you,
Because I can guarantee you they'll have a meaning in your life.
Once they reveal themselves to you,
Often they can be quite surprising and exciting.
So that's something that you have to look forward to over the next month or so.
