Hello everyone.

Today's meditation is said to completely recharge you and is also good for a strong nervous system.

So to start,

Bring your arms out,

Stick straight parallel,

Close your right palm and put your left palm over top,

Fingers over the fist with your thumbs both pointing out.

And now stare at that space between both thumbs and you can gently close your eyes but we're going to keep our eyes open for this meditation.

And we're doing a specific breathing pattern here.

So as you're ready,

You're going to inhale for five counts.

So one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale for five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now hold as long as you can,

Hold the breath out.

And as you're ready,

Begin again with the breathing.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold.

And keep going at your own pace,

This will improve your concentration and your willpower.

You might start to feel some burning in your arms.

Keep your gaze and your focus at that space between your two thumbs.

We're doing this meditation for just four minutes so you can do it.

And I'll leave you here to continue with your own rhythm,

Your own breathing,

Your own pattern.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

We're just about done here.

Close your eyes and take a deep inhale.

Hold the breath and release.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation today.

Many blessings.

Namaste.
