Hello,
Welcome,
Thank you for being here.
Please find a comfortable seat or lay down.
Let's begin by bringing awareness to the lower half of the body,
Feeling our root center from the base of our spine.
Feeling that energy go all the way down our legs,
Imagining this energy going from the root to down the upper legs,
Down the knees,
Down the lower legs and into the feet.
Listening our awareness here,
Visualizing this lower half of the body that supports you and grounds you.
Now let's bring awareness to the bottom of the feet and let's bring some earth energy here.
Let's imagine that there are golden crystals on the bottom of your feet.
You can be like a white amber color and you can see the light shine through them at the bottom of your feet.
And as we connect with our breath,
Let's feel our breath in our feet here for a moment.
As we inhale,
We feel energy going in our feet and as we exhale,
We feel it circulating out.
Feel free to use your imagination here for a few moments and to play with the sensations in the feet.
Knowing that when we send awareness to a certain area of the body,
It automatically is sending gratitude to it.
So we're sending gratitude to the earth,
To the crystals,
To the feet.
Sending awareness to the breath is automatically sending gratitude to the breath.
As we inhale and we notice our inhale and we exhale,
We notice our exhale.
Simple.
Now let's go to the top of the shoulders and imagine that on the top of our shoulders there is purple crystals here.
They can be amethyst crystals.
And as we inhale,
Notice a slight rise in the shoulders and as we exhale,
Notice a slight fall in the shoulders.
Again we bring awareness to this area and as we bring awareness to it,
It automatically brings gratitude to it and softens this area.
Let's tap into the heart center now.
Let's play with some imagination and visuals again.
So if we imagine that our body is a landscape just like Mother Earth and we're viewing our body,
We view the chest as hills and mountains or desert plains.
This expansive,
Tan,
Brown landscape of your choice.
This time as we inhale,
Imagine that the energy is going into your heart from the top,
Creating this deep well.
So we inhale and we're breathing through the heart and then we exhale,
Feeling it through our whole body,
Exhaling out the whole body.
So again we inhale this life force energy into the heart and we exhale out all the sides of our body.
With each inhale,
We imagine that it's going down into a deep pool of water,
Like a dark cavern,
A dark cave.
Breathe into the heart from the top,
Into this cavern cave and exhaling out all the sides of the body.
Bringing awareness to the darkness that's inside,
The stillness that's inside.
And we relax here,
Relaxing in the shoulders,
Relaxing in the chest and the heart,
Relaxing in the grounded lower tailbone,
Legs and feet.
We're relaxing.
Returning to a natural breath,
Perhaps noticing the heartbeat.
Let's go up to the throat and let's bring in some wind energy here.
Let's inhale,
Visualizing our inhale going up through the throat and exhaling out the top of the throat through the mouth.
Again so we're going to go from the base of the throat where the heart and the throat meet and we're going to inhale here and we're going to watch that inhale go all the way up the throat and the neck and out the jaw,
The mouth,
The face.
Inhaling through the base of the neck and the throat,
Exhaling out the top of the throat and the mouth,
Relaxing those muscles there.
Inhaling again and exhaling.
Continue to do this pattern on your own.
And with this we can play with the visualization of turquoise water again in a cave,
Again in the earth,
This turquoise water that you see perhaps on the edge of the water of this lake.
You can see rust colors and orange colors where sediment and chemical reactions may happen.
But our breath here is totally turquoise.
We bring our awareness to the top of the head and the forehead and the shape on top of your head is like a geyser.
So there's a peak and a slope.
This geyser or this volcano,
We inhale up it and then we exhale and it goes down the outsides and the sides of the volcano,
The geyser,
Relaxing the energy on the sides of the head.
Take three more breaths here.
We feel our body as a whole and we feel this warm sensation throughout our whole body as we lay or sit here.
We feel warm,
Connected,
Centered.
This feeling of warmth is like the color of honey all throughout the body.
And either bring your awareness to the heart or your hands too if you feel like moving.
Either one is fine.
Feeling the heartbeat,
Checking in with self.
And then giving gratitude and thanks to this holy practice.
Namaste.
Feel free to slowly come out of this meditation at your own pace.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Namaste.
