Hello and welcome.

Right now is the perfect time to begin something new.

To take a deep breath and love on yourself a little bit.

Right now we get comfortable.

You can sit,

You can lay down.

And close your eyes if you wish.

And here we are together just noticing our breath.

Noticing the inhale and the exhale.

Releasing all judgments.

Bringing in forgiveness and love.

Feeling your shoulders rise and fall as you breathe.

Noticing your stomach rise and fall as you breathe.

Connecting with your crown,

The top of your head and your forehead.

Inviting in white light to this area.

Feeling the back of your shoulder blades expand on your inhale and soften in your exhale.

Noticing your thoughts fly by like seagulls.

They're here for a moment and then they pass.

Listen to my voice.

And focus on your hands.

Perhaps you feel a warm sensation in them.

And take three conscious breaths to end this practice.
