Hey welcome,

My name is Erin.

I'll be guiding you through a short meditation today.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfy seat,

Maybe sit up against a wall,

Let the wall support you to take some of the physical effort out of the pose.

Or if you need,

You can even lie down on a mat,

On the couch,

On the floor,

In bed if you need.

We'll start with a few deep breaths.

As you're ready,

Take a big inhale through the nose,

Breathing deep into the low belly.

And open the mouth,

Sigh it out.

Two more like that,

Big deep belly breath in through the nose,

Open mouth,

Sigh it out.

One more time like that,

Big breath in,

Expanding the belly and let it go.

And you can continue noticing the breath.

Scanning the body for any aches or pains,

Tightness,

Tension.

And just see if you can soften that just a little,

Just a touch.

And today's reminder is a simple one,

That there is always time.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And let it go.

And then you can take a deep breath in through the nose,

And let it go.

And then you can take a deep breath in through the nose,

And let it go.

There is always time.

There is always time for taking care of yourself.

There is always time for rest.

There is always time for connection.

There is always time to slow down,

To settle into the present moment,

And to simply enjoy what it is you're doing or who you're with or where you're at.

There is always time.

There is always time for more work later,

But can you check in with how you're doing right now?

There is always time for what you're doing.

There is always time for what you're doing right now.

There is always time for worrying later,

But can you let go of some of that right now?

There is always time for anger later.

Can you just soften your mind?

There is always time for anger later.

Can you just soften a little right now?

There is always time.

There is always time.

What is one area of your life that you feel like you're lacking in time?

Maybe that excuse you always have of,

Oh,

I don't have time to learn anything new.

I don't have time to exercise.

I don't have time to cook.

I don't have time to rest.

I don't have time to what?

What is that thing you're always saying you don't have time for?

There is always time.

You choose where you put your time,

Your energy,

Your efforts.

Make time for the things that matter most to you.

There is always time.

Let's take one more cleansing breath big.

Inhale through the nose.

Easy sigh out.

Let it go.
