This is a short breathwork practice based on rebirthing breathwork designed to increase your energy levels and your productivity in your busy working day.
So begin either sitting on your chair with your feet flat on the floor or sitting down with your legs crossed and your spine straight.
I'm just going to demonstrate.
So we're doing 20 connected breaths,
So breathing in and out five times and on the fifth inhale you hold the breath and then you make an O shape with your lips like you're breathing through a straw and you exhale all the air out.
And we're just going to do this three times.
So when you're ready meet me on your exhale and then we're going to inhale.
Hold.
When you get the urge open your mouth like you're blowing through a straw and exhale.
Second round.
Hold.
Final round.
Close your eyes and return to normal breathing and rest here.
Noticing any shift in your energy,
Any physical or emotional sensation that has come up for you and just resting in this place.
