Find a comfortable position laying down on the floor or in your bed.
Make sure you're warm enough and take your time to adjust as much as you need to,
To allow yourself to feel deeply relaxed.
Close down your eyes and tune into your breath,
Breathing in and letting it go.
Become aware of the places where your body makes contact with the floor.
Allow your body to be received by the support.
Feel yourself settling deeper down and surrendering to gravity,
Allowing the weight of gravity to take hold of you.
Let go.
Feel your entire body relax and soften.
Feel the edges of your skin melt like soft cheese.
Soften your edges into the earth.
Allow your muscles to soften and let go.
Experience your bones,
Your skeleton getting heavier and heavier.
Trust that you are supported.
You don't need to do anything to receive this support.
You are alive and you are enough.
Visualize your body being fully supported by the earth,
The mother.
Allow yourself to be taken and receive the earth as your support.
Deepen your breath now slightly.
Open the door to your senses.
Observe the warmth of your blanket,
The air on your skin,
The smell of the atmosphere around you,
The immediate sounds in the distance.
Notice that if there are any parts of your body that are difficult to make contact with,
To visualize,
To feel into,
Bring your awareness to all parts of your inner experience as best as you can.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath,
Like waves of the ocean coming into shore.
Breathing in expansion and breathing out as your body softly contracts.
Become aware of the passage of your breath inside your body,
Passing down your throat,
Filling your lungs.
Notice the expansion of your ribs and your belly and notice the contraction as you let the breath leave your body.
This is external respiration.
Now sense the pulsing of your heart.
Feel the blood gently pumping through your arteries.
Follow a molecule of oxygen as it enters the cell,
Being received by the permeable membrane of the cell and follow that movement of the cell into all parts of your body as it is carried from the heart into the tendrils of the heart,
Into your arm,
Down into your torso,
Down your leg,
Into your foot,
Back up your heel,
Up your leg,
All the way into your pelvis,
Your belly,
Down into your other leg,
All the way into your foot,
Into the back of your heel,
Back up your leg,
The inside of your torso,
Down your arm,
Back up to your chest,
Up into your throat,
Into your face,
Your brain,
Down the back of your spine,
Back through your veins,
Into your heart.
This cell carrying energy,
Transmuting,
Shifting,
Mobilizing anything that feels stagnant,
Anything that weighs you down,
Anything that feels heavy,
Any old stories that are not yours to carry,
Any limiting core beliefs that you have about yourself.
Your body is made up of 37.
2 trillion cells constantly in motion.
Tune into the movement,
The dance of these cells as they breathe you.
Feel the rhythm,
The tingling,
The warmth,
The undulating waves.
Bring your awareness to the parts of you that were hard to feel.
Allow your cells to travel to these parts.
Breathe life into those dark spaces.
You are alive.
Your body is an infinitely intelligent vessel carrying innate wisdom from your ancestors.
Allow yourself to feel and hear the messages your body has for you.
Tune into the wisdom that your cells carry.
This is cellular breathing.
Stay here and allow yourself to be carried by the currents of your inner waters.
You might like to slowly move your body intuitively,
Keeping your eyes closed to stay in your experience.
Feel each individual cell breathing you as you move and flow like water.
Stay in this dance for as long as you wish,
Knowing that you can always bring your awareness back into this vast ocean of wisdom that lives within you at all times.
