Begin by closing your eyes and taking a few nice deep breaths bringing your awareness to your body to the present moment imagine that three beautiful sheets of pure white light pass through you from as far up as you can imagine in the sky come down and wash over you all the way down to the tip of your toes all the way down to the centre of the earth the second sheet of light is going to come down purifying you of any thoughts,
Any energy,
Anything that you're hanging on to so that you can be pure in your intentions at this time all the way down into the earth and then the final sheet of light coming down picking up anything that is left behind again to allow us to be present and connected throughout this meditation now bring your awareness to the base of your spine from that point you're going to send down a grounding cord it's going to go all the way down into the floor down into the foundations of the building into the earth past all of the layers of rock all the way down,
Down,
Down and it's going to plug into the centre of the earth into the womb of Mother Earth and as it does that you may feel connected,
Safe,
Supported,
Nourished,
Nurtured so just breathing into that and feeling that for a few moments and then bringing your awareness to the base of your spine again we're going to illuminate our root chakra it's going to turn a beautiful bright rich red colour so you can visualise it as a ball of light,
A disc,
A flower,
Whatever works for you but it's going to activate and our root is our foundations,
Our stability,
Our core needs,
Our safety,
Our security and so we need to have this security and this foundation before we can access the upper chakras and then bring your awareness to your sacral chakra which is just below your belly button and that is going to illuminate a beautiful bright orange colour this is the centre of your creativity,
Your sexuality and really your inner essence because those things cannot be replicated by anyone else and then bringing your awareness to your solar plexus that is just below your rib cage and it's going to turn a beautiful warm golden yellow and our solar plexus is our centre of confidence,
Self-expression allows us to be who we are and then bringing your awareness to your heart it's going to turn a beautiful deep emerald green this is where we give and receive love this is where we hear the voices of our heart telling us,
Showing us the voice of our soul in any given moment it's always guiding us and then bringing your awareness to your throat it's going to illuminate a blue our throat chakra allows us to speak our truth to speak words of kindness to self-express and share our gifts it's our instrument of our soul and then bringing your awareness to your third eye,
Just between your eyebrows our third eye is where we access our intuition and our inner knowing it's when we can sense things are going to happen before they happen for some of us the information might be received through your third eye and felt in the lower chakras it's illuminating to be a beautiful indigo colour,
Just somewhere between blue and purple and then bring your awareness to your crown chakra,
It's at the top of your head it's going to illuminate to be a beautiful violet this is our connection to the collective consciousness to the akasha,
To everything that ever was,
Ever has been,
Ever will be and ever is and from that point you're going to send up a beautiful beam of light all the way up into the sky as high up as you can imagine where it's going to plug into the womb of the cosmos feeling safe and supported,
As above so below and then from there that beam of light is going to open up like a funnel it's going to allow you to receive information that is going to trickle down through your energy centres whichever ones are the most live for you and now that you are ready and open,
I invite you to set an intention for what it is that you would like to receive through your energy centres through this connection to the earth,
The cosmos,
With all of our energy centres and our chakras our main ones open and over the next little while,
Just notice what information comes through to you perhaps in response to any intentions or questions that you've asked or it could be something completely different but whatever it is,
It's beautiful divine information that is here to tell you or show you something that you need to know at this moment that's going to help you on your journey even if it doesn't make sense right now,
Even if it doesn't make sense to the logical mind there are seeds that are planted that might make sense later on and whenever it first comes at that moment,
There are plants that are planted outside and you get a feeling of freshmen so to put it in,
That is our desire,
For us to bring to life When you're ready,
Start to bring your awareness back to the room.
Back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to this physical form.
Close down the energy centre.
Bring your awareness to the funnel of light.
All the way up to the very top.
We're going to send down another three sheets of pure,
Pure white light again to cleanse us from any energy we've picked up or we've been open.
Sending it all the way down.
Down that funnel of light washing over you and your energy centres visualising the colours as you go down scanning your crown,
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral and your root.
All the way down that grounding cord into the centre of the earth.
Second sheet of light coming down.
And the third sheet of light washing over you,
Purifying your energy.
All the way down into the centre of the earth.
Anything that does not belong to you,
Does not serve you is going to be planted as a seed to regrow as something that is useful somewhere in some way with the transmutational powers of Mother Earth.
Now we're going to come back up to that funnel of light.
We're just going to retract it back into our crown chakra.
And then your crown chakra is going to perhaps dim to be a less vibrant violet.
Perhaps it will go grey.
Whatever visual works for you but we are indicating that it is time for it to go back to being dormant.
It can't be open all the time.
Setting the intention that this sacred openness is closed for the time being.
Bringing your awareness to your third eye.
An indigo point.
And again it's going to dim,
Grey out or turn off or fade.
Your throat,
Blue,
Your heart,
Deep emerald green,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral and your root.
And then we're going to retract that grounding cord from the centre of the earth.
We're going to unplug it.
It's going to coil its way back into your root chakra.
It's just going to nestle in there.
Now that we are closed we're back to our physical present form.
Just take a few moments feeling your energy contained.
Feeling safe,
Feeling wrapped up in the nourishment,
Maybe the wisdom,
Maybe the guidance.
Knowing that you are safe and supported.
You're always safe and supported.
And through knowing that we're able to feel it more than when we ignore it,
We don't acknowledge it.
When you're ready you might want to invite some movement back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
You may want to take a little bit more time.
Knowing that this practice is always available to you whenever you need guidance,
