This is an 11-minute sound immersion using one bowl in C# which corresponds to the root chakra for grounding. Imagine yourself being connected to the earth as the sounds come and go.
Eloise is currently experimenting with different ways to use the musical notes of her bowls as they correspond to the chakras, and grounding with my C bowl and the root chakra seems like a good place to start in these times!
