Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Relax your shoulders.
Rest your hands on your knees.
Close your eyes and take this time to connect with your own body.
Let your muscles become loose.
Starting with your feet.
Your lower legs.
Knees.
Upper legs.
Torso.
Back.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Hands and face.
Feel your whole body loose and relax.
Turn now your attention to your breath.
Noticing each breath as it flows gently in and out of your body.
Without any effort.
Notice each breath.
As it flows in and out of your body.
We are on Earth to rediscover,
To develop and to share our talents.
You are a unique being so you have unique talents meant to create a new world.
But we were conditioned to give priority to our mental,
To our ego,
Even to others.
But our true mission is to express our truth.
Listen to our soul and to manifest the best of who we are.
We are creating now,
All together,
A new Earth based on awareness,
Kindness,
Love,
Respect and truth.
The more you partner with yourself and go within,
The more you will remember that your potential is infinite.
And the more connected to higher state of energy you will be.
Being in a state of high energy is the royal path to discover your uniqueness and to find true happiness.
By willing to always keep a high energy level,
Less obstacles will come your way and they will last less time.
Because you will be able to address yourself more quickly and easily.
Life will always trigger you so you can explore yourself,
So you can choose you.
Until you have not discovered your palette of talents,
You need to strengthen the relationship with yourself by willing to go within.
By willing to put yourself in the center of your life.
In your truth,
In stillness,
In silence,
In self-observation lie your talents,
Beauty and wisdom.
Take some time now to value what makes you different from any other person on Earth.
Identify your talents and celebrate them.
Appreciate them.
Appreciate who you are.
