Welcome to the Daily Insight and thank you for sharing this space with me.
My name is Elliot and I'm honored to be a part of your inner journey.
I thank you for your trust in allowing me to guide you towards your greater self.
This daily insight meditation is going to help you find balance in a creative way by using the breath and the powerful number 3.
Settle into a comfortable position that is neither slouching nor stiff.
If lying down,
Cross your arms over your chest.
If walking or sitting,
Bring your hands into a mudra of your choosing.
The number 3 holds a certain energy.
It's a strong energy that evokes a spiritual connection.
In essence,
It's about balance.
If you focus on 3 and clear any distractions,
You can naturally harmonize your energies.
Let's begin by stabilizing the breath.
Breathing in through the nose and then out through the mouth.
Feeling some tension to leave with the exhale.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Pressing into this present moment,
Settling our energies with the breath.
As you continue breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Conjure up a mental image of the number 3.
Allow it to happen naturally.
Feel the vibrational frequency of this number.
Focus on 3 for the next few moments.
Can you sense its divine presence?
Can you sense its balancing nature?
Allow it to align you into the present moment.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Now,
Let's heighten the imagery by expanding on number 3's innate connection to creation,
Instance,
And completion.
Perhaps you'd like to include a color,
A shape,
Or a pattern.
Feel free to be creative with charging this imagery of the number 3 to intensify your connection.
For instance,
I am seeing a white number 3 with an orange background and also a purple meteor slowly circling around it in a clockwise direction.
This,
To me at least,
Best visually represents the sacred and balancing nature of 3.
I'll give you a moment to find your own.
Once you've found your charged representation of 3,
Begin breathing in through the nose like you have been,
But now out through the nose too.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Relaxing into this state of equilibrium and divinity.
Alert enough to maintain intense focus on the image of 3,
But relaxing into it now and letting all else fade away.
Trust you,
Your breath,
And the power of 3.
Inhale through the nose,
1,
2,
3.
Exhale through the nose,
1,
2,
3.
In 2,
3.
Out 2,
3.
In 2,
3.
Out 2,
3.
In 2,
3.
Out 2,
3.
The focus of your attention is with the breath and the number 3.
1,
2,
3.
If you get distracted,
That's okay.
Gently return to the breath and your image of 3.
Keep breathing.
Your visual representation of number 3.
What does it mean to you in your life right now?
What does balance mean to you right now in your life?
Or what to you is sacred in your life?
Is it still its innate nature of creation,
Existence,
And completion?
Or have you met with any other meanings during this meditation?
Take a moment to contemplate what 3 could mean in your life.
Whatever it may be,
Take this awareness into your body to intensify the sensation of balance and transcendence.
