
(Wk 9) Love Part 5 Of 5 - Unleash Your Peace

On the fifth and final day of our discussion about the nature of love, we talk about what happens if we are so far away from love that it is hard to even imagine tapping into it. We explore the force that stands in opposition to love, which all negative emotions are rooted in as we discuss how to find our way back to love, if we do lose ourselves in fear.

Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.
My name is Ellie Shoja.
I am your host.
I'm a positive mindset coach,
A personal transformation expert.

Unleash Your Peace is your peace training.
Every single week,
We pick a different topic about the internal world and we dive into it over the course of five episodes.
And then we release these episodes Monday through Friday.
They're quite short.
They're about 10 minutes each.
So that way,
Every day,
You have something uplifting,
Something thought-provoking,
And something that allows you to go inward to listen to.
And the reason we go inward is because that is where our peace resides.
And by going inward,
We start shedding all of this excess weight of this unwanted pain that we're carrying.
We find that internal peace and we live our best lives yet.
And we live from this place of joy and peace and connectedness to that greater,
Infinite,
Non-physical part of ourselves.
Our lives don't just incrementally improve.
We actually exponentially innovate every aspect of our experiences on this physical plane.
We level up,
We become whole,
We become the creators that we have come here to be,
And we become uplifters in our families and our societies,
And we become a force for positivity.
That is my wish for you because when you do this and when I do this,
We level up as a society.
Now,
This week,
We are talking about love,
The nature of love,
This infinite,
Powerful vibration that is the substance of which the greater part of us is made.
So our inner being,
Our true self,
The greater expanded part of us,
That consciousness that observed us into existence and observed this universe into existence is made of love.
That's why love is so powerful.
Now,
Yesterday,
We talked about heartbreak.
What if you are separated from your nature of love?
Sometimes that happens when we're going through a breakup,
When friendships are falling apart,
Things like that.
Today,
I want to continue with that dialogue just a little bit.
Sometimes where we are to where we want to go,
The distance feels really far.
So we might be in a place that we are definitely nowhere in the vicinity,
Nowhere close to what that love vibration actually is.
We might be so far away from it that we can't even imagine experiencing that emotion,
Experiencing that vibration.
So what do we do in those instances?
Essentially all of the emotions,
The entire spectrum of emotions that we experience,
They are fueled by one of two forces.
There are only these two forces in existence.
Our inner being has an incredibly high frequency at which it vibrates.
And for us to feel connected to our inner being,
We have to ourselves vibrate at a very high frequency.
The highest frequency that we can experience in these physical forms is the vibration of love.
Now,
The lowest frequency we can experience in these physical forms is the vibration of fear.
There are an entire slew of emotions that are rooted in fear,
And there are an entire slew of emotions that are rooted in love.
Now how do you know which vibrations are based on fear and which ones are based on love?
Anything that feels good to you is a love vibration.
It's rooted in love because our inner beings,
When we are aligned with our inner being,
That is when we experience really exciting good feelings.
When we don't feel good,
That's when we experience negative feelings,
What we label as negative feelings.
Because your emotions are given to you as indicators to tell you how far away you are,
Where you are in the proximity to your inner being.
So if you are experiencing anger and frustration and sadness and depression and anxiety and overwhelm and all of these things that don't feel good within yourself,
Then you are experiencing fear-based emotions.
They are emotions of separation.
You're separated from your inner being.
You're far away from your inner being.
That's why you are experiencing these emotions.
When you are in the vicinity of your inner being,
You're going to experience love-based emotions.
Love obviously is one of them,
But there are an entire army of them.
You can feel satisfied,
You can feel joy,
You can feel amusement,
You can feel hopeful or anticipation,
Excitement,
Gleefulness,
Gratitude,
Compassion.
All of these emotions are based in love.
They are emotions that connect you to your inner being.
So how then,
If you are in a place of feeling really resentful and really angry,
How do you find your way back into a love emotion,
Into something that feels better,
That connects you to your inner being?
First of all,
It's an issue of momentum.
If you have a lot of momentum going in one direction,
You obviously cannot go in the other direction immediately.
You have to stop moving.
So if you're spiraling,
If you have negative thoughts that are creating more negative emotions within you,
The first thing you want to do is you want to stop the negative thoughts,
You want to stop the negative emotions.
We can't reason our way into that a lot of times.
So one way is to distract yourself.
So stop doing whatever it is you're doing.
Watch something funny,
Go dancing,
Do something that actually you enjoy,
That brings you a lot of joy.
And if you can't do that,
If you literally cannot find something that you enjoy,
Then take a nap.
Sleep for a little while.
Sleep will always break the momentum of what is happening for you internally.
And then once you neutralize,
Once that train is stopped,
Then you can start the train in the opposite direction by asking yourself one very important question.
What can I think about that is going to feel better?
What is a better feeling thought that I can choose right now?
Now that takes a certain level of control,
That takes a certain level of willingness.
So a question I like to ask myself when I am feeling,
You know,
Kind of this negative spiral of emotions happening within myself,
A question that kind of snaps me out of that negative spiral is this.
Am I willing to see this differently?
Am I willing to see the situation from a perspective that feels better?
I can't immediately do that if I am entertaining all of these negative feeling thoughts.
So as I said,
I have to stop the momentum of that.
And then I have to choose thoughts,
Choose a perspective,
Choose a standpoint that feels better that's going to make me not feel hopeless and helpless and angry and frustrated.
I choose something that makes me feel hopeful,
Something that makes me feel not as overwhelmed,
Something that makes me feel compassion and maybe even love,
Maybe gratitude.
So anything that is in the vicinity of those better feeling emotions.
And I may not be able to get from where I am to feeling complete love and connectedness,
But I could get from where I am to feeling hopeful.
I could get from where I am to feeling grateful for something maybe unrelated to this situation or for a byproduct of this situation.
So whatever it is,
As long as I reach for and attain that slightly better feeling thought,
That slightly better feeling perspective,
Then I am making my way back into this place of love where all things are possible.
Now this was a really fun discussion about love.
