Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.

My name is Ellie Shoja.

I am your host.

I'm a positive mindset coach,

A personal transformation expert.

I am your peace trainer and a deliberate creator.

Unleash Your Peace is quite unique.

Every single week we pick a different topic to dive into.

These are topics about the internal world and the entire point of them is to demystify this world that is so vast and expansive and is inside of us in order to understand it,

In order to find our true self so that we can shed the weight of our unwanted pain,

We can find lasting internal peace and we can live our best lives yet.

When you live from that place of joy and peace and connectedness to that infinite part of yourself,

You don't just incrementally improve the quality of your life,

You exponentially innovate every aspect of your experiences on this physical plane and that is my wish for you,

For this society because when we all level up individually and become our whole beautiful,

Powerful selves as individuals,

We end up becoming uplifters in our communities and that's how we influence the world in a positive way.

So let's dive right into this week's topic.

We have come a long way since the day we started.

Four weeks have passed,

21 episodes already live on this feed,

An incredible journey into the self and we are diving into an entire new topic today and today's topic,

I know I say this every single week,

Every week we have a really big topic but today's topic is a huge one.

This one is gratitude.

Gratitude is the emotional signature of creation,

Of manifestation,

Of the flow of your life,

Of being in line with your desires and with what you're creating in the world.

Gratitude is also the emotional signature of your well-being,

Of living your full life,

Of having better health,

Better motivation,

Optimism,

Better sleep,

Everything better that would make your life more enjoyable,

You can achieve through gratitude.

It is so incredibly powerful and I'm so excited to dive into it with you this week.

Now as we get into it,

What actually is gratitude?

It is the quality of being thankful.

It's the readiness to show appreciation for kindness and to return that kindness in kind but why is gratitude so incredibly powerful?

And that is because our brains don't know the difference between what is being experienced in this moment and what is being experienced in your fantasy of what you want to happen and what is being experienced in your memory.

You might be listening to this and saying,

Ellie,

I really don't see the connection between those two things.

I don't understand how my brain not being able to know the difference between memory and fantasy and what is happening right now has anything to do with how powerful gratitude is.

But think about it.

When do you experience gratitude?

When do you feel really thankful?

Usually we experience gratitude when we receive something that we want.

You're asking for something and then you receive it and then you're super thankful for it for about a second and then you want something else.

Now what we've learned so far is that this is an energetic universe.

This is a vibrational universe and we know that energy doesn't just vibrate.

It is also magnetic.

Now let's say you're experiencing joy and that has a specific vibration,

It has a specific frequency.

So then something else that makes you feel joyful will come to you,

A memory,

A thought or an event somebody will call you that makes you joyful and so on.

So events and people and things and memories and thoughts and manifestations come into being that match the vibration that you are putting out into the world.

Now what happens if you experience gratitude?

More things for you to feel grateful for come into your physical reality.

They are attracted to you.

Remember your brain is a superconductor of vibration.

It is constantly receiving and projecting these frequencies of thought.

Now when you experience gratitude,

Yes you are putting out this intense frequency of I have exactly what I want,

I have exactly what I was asking for and I am so thankful and excited and just appreciative of this.

You're putting that into the universe and what do you think is going to happen when you do that?

All of those things that you want will come to you because gratitude holds the vibrational signature of I have what I want,

I have what I've been asking for,

I am in the possession of my dreams.

This is why gratitude is so powerful.

It matches your frequency,

Your vibration to the frequency of already having what it is you're asking for.

So knowing how powerful gratitude is,

Do you not want to give thanks every single minute of every single day for everything that you see and experience that thankfulness,

That vibration of appreciation every single day so that you become this magnet of more and more and more and more of what makes you happy,

What makes you feel fulfilled,

What makes you feel appreciative and thankful.

So today I want to give you a little challenge.

I want to challenge you to build a new habit.

This is a habit that I think is one of the most powerful habits you can develop in your daily life.

You don't have to do it for the rest of your life.

Just do it for the next five days that we are together.

It's a very simple thing to do and if you do it,

It has the power to really set your day up for success from the get go and it's this.

The moment you wake up in the morning,

The moment you open your eyes,

Say thank you and then put a giant smile on your face.

You can close your eyes,

You can just repeat that thank you and smile and revel in that moment of just thankfulness.

You don't have to say thank you for anything in specific.

Just thank you and smile and revel in that for a moment and then get up and do your day.

As I said,

You don't need to do this for the rest of your life.

Just do it for the next week and see how you feel.

Now the interesting thing is your brain doesn't know the difference between past,

Present,

Future.

It doesn't know what you're imagining,

What you are remembering and what is actually happening to you in this moment and your brain also doesn't know the difference between a fake smile and a genuine smile.

In fact,

If you are feeling crappy,

If you just put a stupid grin on your face and smile,

Your brain is going to start thinking that you are happy and it will actually shift your mood.

So when you're laying in bed,

Even if you don't feel like smiling,

I really suggest smiling even if it is fake.

You'll find that within just a few seconds,

Within like 10 seconds or so,

You will shift and the smile will become genuine and you'll start feeling that feeling of appreciation spread inside of you just organically.

So that's your homework for the next week.
