I started with 4-7-8 breathing as I find that helps me relax so well, then I just inhaled deeply and exhaled as if blowing through a straw all the way through the rest of it and now I feel all wavy and relaxed, lol. So I'm gonna take the opportunity of having a snooze while my 2 year old is aswell. I'm a single mum so I have no one else to get him up when he wakes and I need to restore some energy by taking that nap now and again. And it's bliss.
Thank you for this very relaxing musical piece, it helped me focus on my breathwork and kept my mind from drifting too much meaning I was present for most of this....and that's a great accomplishment for me.
