Chakras are energy centers in the body.
We see them in Chinese medicine through the practice of yoga,
Through source point,
Which is a kind of bodywork practice.
They align with the endocrine system.
They align with body parts.
Each one has a colour,
A specific thing to heal,
A specific mantra or affirmation.
And in a healthy body,
They rotate at great speed.
They're kind of our vital life force energy.
They run almost along the pole of the body,
So just in front of the spine,
The balance of the chakras.
Affect our well-being?
There are actually many more chakras across the body,
But we generally speak to the seven main chakras.
Which is the root Muladhara.
The sacral space Vadistana,
The navel Manipura.
The heart and Hatha.
The throat we should eat.
The brow and jaw.
And the crown sahasrara.
And so these seven points,
When kind of balanced and aligned,
Really connect us up and down to the ground,
To space.
They support us with our well-being,
With flow,
And can be traced back to ancient Kemet,
So Egypt,
Africa,
To the Yoruba,
Orisha system,
To India,
And the Hindu concept of chakras.
We really see them,
The tantric tradition,
We really see them worldwide.
And along these energy centers,
When we kind of awaken this energy,
It's also connected to Kundalini,
The Kundalini awakening,
This kind of energy flow.
My invitation is that we don't want to awaken this energy too fast,
Just like the Fibonacci sequence,
We go step by step by step.
If we take an example of somebody who wins a lottery ticket,
Actually there's a lot of statistics around winning the lottery and losing the money very fast.
It's almost as if we want to prepare the body so that this is a natural experience.
Step-by-step of enhancing our life,
Enhancing our well-being and experiencing more flow and connection with ourselves,
With nature,
With the universe,
With space,
With ground.
So when done in this step by step way.
It can really align us and connect us with ourselves,
With others,
And with universal intelligence.
