Good evening.

Welcome to our bedtime guided relaxation.

First,

Bringing yourself to a comfortable position.

Letting your body be heavy.

Scanning your body for any areas of tension.

Bending your breath there.

Just letting it all go.

As you inhale and exhale.

Just being thankful for the day.

Good or bad.

Whatever happened.

Just being thankful.

That you had the day.

You had the experiences.

And tomorrow is another day.

Just letting everything float away as you relax your mind.

And if your thoughts wander back to the events of the day,

That's okay.

Just acknowledge your thoughts and then bring your focus back to your breath.

Your deep inhale and your long exhale.

Knowing that this is your time to let your body relax.

And prepare itself for tomorrow.

As you continue to focus on your inhale and your exhale.

Feel your body heavier and heavier.

Deep relaxation.

As you surrender everything down.

And just start to let your body truly relax.

And as we bring our relaxation to a close.

Just know that you can continue to just focus on your inhale and your exhale.

As you drift off to sleep.
