Gratitude is my second nature.
Gratitude is something that I constantly try to practice every day.
Being mindful of my thoughts allow me to be present and focused on what matters most to me,
And what I am doing to honor that.
Showing gratitude is acknowledging all the wonderful people and things we have in our lives.
It centers in appreciating what we have rather than complaining about what we do not have.
I think that keeping in mind the powerful effect and influence that our thoughts have on our actions and state of mind can make a difference and create a space for improvements.
I invite you to find a comfortable position that allows you to feel relaxed and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Then slowly release it through your mouth.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
You will continue breathing at your own pace while I share the following thoughts.
I show appreciation to myself and everyone I encounter.
I am thankful and proud for what I accomplished so far.
I am grateful for the gift of one more day to be and do my best.
I am content for the special people that I have in my life.
I see the value of one more day of life and I take full advantage of it.
I recognize the positive influence that my thoughts have on my life and I cultivate them with love and kindness.
I show appreciation to myself and everyone I encounter.

This guided meditation was created for the recommendation of my lovely friend Milagros.
I hope you enjoyed and let us try to make the best of our days.
