Good morning,
Everyone.
Good evening,
Good afternoon,
Wherever you are,
And welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost.
My name is Ellie Shava,
And I am here this lovely Monday morning with,
Not David,
David couldn't be here this morning,
But in his stead,
But not filling his shoes,
Filling a bigger set of shoes,
Is my husband,
Mordecai Ballas,
Who by popular demand is definitely in the top three,
I would say,
Requested guests to have back on the Weekly Energy Boost.
And we're here this morning to talk about spiritual downtime.
This is a subject for me,
I definitely need help learning about it,
Implementing it,
Practicing it,
Because it is definitely an area that I personally struggle with,
Even being on a spiritual journey for what seems like thousands of years,
It continues to be an opportunity for me to learn and to grow and to expand.
And every week on the Weekly Energy Boost,
We share the most practical and powerful wisdom and tools for our listeners to navigate the coming seven days.
We do that by listing,
By looking through the wisdom of Kabbalah and picking out not only the specific wisdom and tools that pertain to this week,
But we also use our experience personal and then working with thousands of people over the years to share that wisdom.
And inevitably,
The result is priceless life wisdom and actionable items that you can use any time,
Really.
And this week,
We're focusing on the idea of spiritual downtime.
You can say that if you believe in it,
If you subscribe to the Bible,
As we do in Kabbalah,
We look at it more as a user's manual for life.
One of the interesting secrets that's written into that text is about the day of rest,
Right?
It says that God created the world in seven days,
But it was really six days.
And on the seventh day,
He rested.
That's a very misunderstood concept and one that I think is a good place to start with simply so that we can understand when we talk about spiritual rest,
It's not only sleep.
And I hope we'll have time to talk about how sleep is a part of spiritual downtime as well.
But the idea that our body tells us when it's tired,
So that if we listen,
If we obey and don't look for other ways to stay awake,
We'll know when we need to recharge and reboot.
The soul is a little bit more not only fickle,
But also obscure.
It's very easy to lose touch with the broadcast,
The communication from our soul.
So it's not always obvious when we need the rest and recharge.
And that's why the Kabbalists in their infinite wisdom set out regular intervals of rest,
That rest is a part of a spiritual practice.
Downtime is a part of a spiritual practice.
And we're excited to be here with you today to break that down and help everybody understand more.
So where do we begin?
I think we begin with the energy that the Kabbalists talk about,
That they divide the supernal energy,
The divine energy that we're all looking for,
The energy of fulfillment,
Divided into two parts.
First part is the inner light,
Is the light that already entered our being,
Our energy,
It's our energy,
It's our battery,
It's the battery of life.
And there's the surrounding light.
The surrounding light is the light that surrounds us.
It's our potential,
It's what pushes us,
It's the pressure that we feel,
The positive pressure.
And sometimes when we resist it,
It becomes stress.
And to get to a place to understand that the surrounding light wants to become inner light.
Now,
The more we desire in life,
Whether it's soulmate energy,
Prosperity,
Resolving any legal challenges,
Health and well being,
The more we desire to bring also this energy to the world,
The more we are drawing upon ourselves that surrounding light.
So it's sort of like a paradox.
The more you desire,
The more you are bringing to your life,
That positive pressure.
Now,
It's almost counterintuitive in a way,
That in order for that energy to come in,
You have to incorporate within your journey,
Times that you are sort of so called slowing down.
The more you slow down throughout the day,
The less things will bring you down,
The less things will pull you down,
The less things will bring your energy down.
And you get to control to one degree or another,
The more you are managing to sort of slow down.
And that's why we use the downtime time.
For the Kabbalist,
It's not one day a week,
The Shabbat,
The Sabbath,
It's not one day that we're using to experience the downtime.
It's actually throughout the whole week to learn to incorporate that energy,
Because that's the energy that gives you control.
That's the energy that gives you leverage over the day.
And if a person doesn't learn to take that time,
And it can be by the way,
A few minutes before a meeting,
Even listening to your breathing,
And there are specific Kabbalistic meditations and tools that are designed to slow the race.
So it's funny,
Right?
Because we are human beings.
We are human beings.
And many times people are drawn to become human doings.
And before you know it,
You get caught in the race of life.
So to take the time before a meeting before you start something important before you start your day to slow down.
And something that I shared recently,
The whole idea and it's funny because yesterday we went with our girls to the pier to have some so-called downtime for the girls.
And on the way out from there,
There was a man standing in the street sharing some audio about brainwaves.
And I thought it's really funny because when you get to that place that you learn to slow down,
That you are doing it proactively,
Things come into you,
You don't need to run after things.
So there are four main brainwaves,
Four main brainwave levels.
The beta is the one that is the reactive one.
You can pretty much never manifest anything,
Even if you have beautiful goals.
That's the mind racing from 14 to 21 waves per second.
And that's the natural state that we also in our times with the devices,
With the news,
With the pop ups,
With the push ups.
There's so many things with all those things.
They keep on bringing us down.
You keep on getting another email and another this and another this.
And I got another message.
Should I answer it now?
And it keeps on distracting us.
In other words,
The whole idea of never shop when you're hungry.
And when you learn to train your mind,
And this is when you use the Kabbalistic tools to train your mind,
Your consciousness,
And as a result,
Your brain to slow down,
You get deeper in the waves and then you get to alpha.
Alpha is not only when you close your eyes and meditate.
Alpha,
Then theta and the deepest one,
Which my dear wife mentioned in the beginning,
Is delta.
Delta is when we are asleep.
But there are ways to access delta while you are awake.
And this is where you get the more the deeper you go,
The more you can manifest.
And you can keep on thinking,
Right,
An individual can keep on thinking,
Oh,
Let me run,
Let me run,
I'll accomplish more.
But then you become a human doing and you actually accomplish less.
It's so interesting that you say that because last week on the Weekly Energy Boost,
Eitan Yordani was here,
Not talking about the same thing,
But talking about in a way talking about the same thing,
Because the topic was achieving greatness or chasing greatness,
Something like that.
And he was saying the reason that mentality not only doesn't work,
It actually prevents us from expressing our greatness is because our greatness is already here.
Right.
We just have to reveal it.
And in the I'm going to make it happen,
I'm going to do,
I'm going to find,
I'm going to build everything external,
We lose touch with the greatness that's already within us that's just waiting to be revealed.
So as I'm listening to you,
And I'm sort of cringing inside because I have so many things on my to do list.
And some of them are time sensitive,
Which I think is a big I think it's a question probably a lot of listeners have right now as well as you know,
I can't if I have a meeting,
Or if I have to be somewhere at a certain time,
How can I possibly take time to meditate for prayer for reflection,
And to me,
A big I actually am able to find time for prayer and meditation.
But the pausing and slowing down and injecting intention being mindful and also making time to do nothing is very hard for me.
Like I the way that I I don't know if I was raised or my soul chose in this lifetime to come into feel that productivity is a value results are a value.
Anyway,
I have so many things to do.
Like if I sit on the couch,
And I look around my house,
And I think,
Oh,
My God,
I have to do this.
And I have to put this in the laundry and the dishes in the sink,
And the kids need the form filled out.
And tomorrow,
I got to make sure you know,
It's like the to do list is it almost seems irresponsible to sit down and do nothing.
So talk to talk to the me's who are listening right now who feel we I understand the intrinsic value.
I get it.
I know it's important.
But how is it going to help the dishes get done?
How is it gonna get the groceries in the refrigerator?
How is it going to respond to all the emails that I have?
Yes,
By the way,
The server is very humble about it,
Because I'm always,
Always,
Always amazed how many things she gets to manifest.
And and yeah,
It's a very good question.
I feel part of the answer is the chicken and the egg.
Because until you get to experience this magic by deciding that no matter what you are going to have time that is downtime,
But it's actually even the word downtime,
It should be uptime until comes the day that you decide I don't have anything to lose,
I can only gain from this.
I gotta give it a try.
But not for one day.
I gotta give myself 40 days.
No matter what.
So that's what I was gonna ask you.
Can I test?
Can I test this?
Yes.
Yes.
Everybody,
We're gonna do 40 days guarantee you get your money back.
If you didn't like it.
40 days,
It has to work.
Because the universe is designed in this way.
We are co creators,
We are designed in our system.
It's just that we we were brought up in a way that you gotta run,
You gotta do I mean,
I remember it about my parents running out of the door in the morning.
Like barely in the beginning of the journey,
They were giving each other a kiss.
As I grew up,
There was not even a kiss anymore.
It's like,
Straightforward,
Get out of the door.
636 am 530.
Wait a second.
Look,
Just just pause for a moment.
How much manifestations and maybe it's like and maybe it's like people going even to a retreat,
Or the going to a time.
And it's interesting,
Right?
They go to a time of vacation,
They need vacation time.
We need to have vacation all time,
Incorporated within a day.
So the way you go about it.
It's like I tell you right now,
Honey,
I just went to the I just watched this movie on the flight.
I love this movie,
You gotta watch it.
But until you watch the movie,
You won't have any understanding,
Full understanding about my experience.
So I can talk to you right now about the downtime.
But if you are right now in a state of human doing,
And you almost forgot,
If not already,
You forgot,
What does it feel like to be a human being?
And let's let's put it in perspective.
There will probably gonna be tests that you hear the voice of your opponent telling you you see,
It doesn't work.
This is already day 20.
Already.
Pause for a second.
I think it's a good time to remind our listeners that that voice of the opponent that's that internal mechanism that is a part of every individual,
Every human being on the planet unique to their own souls,
Growth and potential.
That's there for us to overcome.
It's not there to win.
So you can say you hear the voice that says,
Look,
It's day 20.
No change,
Nothing happened yet.
That voice is telling me that so that I'll say,
Excuse me,
We committed to this for 40 days.
Yes,
It's tough.
Yes,
It's counterintuitive.
Yes,
It's against my nature.
But I'm gonna see it through.
I'm gonna see it through.
Yeah.
So is rather than trying to my thank you rather than trying to micromanaging,
Which if you are really if we are really honest with ourselves,
It hasn't worked for us that well,
Until now.
So we can only gain.
We're talking about 1000s of years,
The Kabbalists have been using this technique of creating a platform where you can control the physical reality.
And just before we came here to share this with you,
I heard from a ton,
An amazing story,
Just a short story that a ton remembers the day in the moment that our teacher have Berg received the news that there's been a nuclear accident in Chernobyl in Chernobyl.
And this is like a disaster in a level that is crazy.
I mean,
If we look already also what's happening these days in the world,
Also with the earthquake that happened in in Turkey and in Syria.
And Aitan remembers one thing that the love is listening to the update the news and the love is sipping the soup slowly.
And as the love is sipping the soup,
Because the nature of the human being would be probably in most of the cases,
Oh my God,
What do we do now?
As the love is sipping the soup,
The love is already changing the reality.
So it's even when you get news updates,
Sudden things,
Things don't go your way.
Once you go inside,
Even by listening to your breathing.
And of course,
There are deeper Kabbalistic techniques,
Like the Kabbalistic sound experience that our colleague Yudha Ashkenazi is conducting pretty much every week on Thursday,
6pm Pacific Standard Time.
This is a way to train the mind.
It's starting from the consciousness because the consciousness is the software for the brain.
The more you train your consciousness,
And it will take time in the beginning,
It's going to take time.
So something will happen and you will become reactive to it,
It will pull you down,
It will bring you back to beta.
But the more and more you do it,
The more and more you practice it.
And every day you're going to accumulate more and more and more of that momentum.
You will see,
Because we talk in Kabbalah 1 about pause,
What a pleasure.
And maybe it's time to say that we might perceive pause,
What a pleasure is something happens,
And I pause,
And then I get the clarity,
I get things already work out.
We want to get to a state that I'm not waiting for something to happen to me or something to experience something,
And then I'm going to pause.
I'm going to pause proactively throughout the day,
Before a meeting,
Before a conversation,
Before I say anything.
So before you continue,
We talked,
I think it was last year,
If not the year before,
We had a whole episode,
If you're interested in learning more about it,
It's called Digital Detox,
And we talked about using the Sabbath,
Using Shabbat as a day to reflect,
To download,
There's certain tools,
Certain techniques that the Kabbalists use to create a demarcation between the rest of my life and my spiritual self,
Benefits,
Techniques,
We talked about it all.
Is there a special time,
Is there a time of day that's more effective for spiritual downtime,
Or is it like you said,
Whenever I can,
As long as it's proactive,
Right?
We're trying to retrain the reactive mind to not take over,
But now you're talking about in a proactive level,
Is there a better time of day to achieve that recharge and reset?
Amazing,
Amazing question.
So first of all,
If you are a morning person,
Which I'm not,
But if you are.
.
.
We hear there's people out there who are morning people,
So for those of you.
.
.
Yes,
God bless you.
So for the morning people,
And I'm still using it even though I'm not a morning person,
The best time is from dawn until midday.
Midday is the time between,
The exact midpoint,
Between dawn and sunset,
So it changes every day,
So it can be roughly around 12,
1 o'clock,
Depends where you're at.
The way to capture the energy,
Which is also known by the Kabbalists as the time of Abraham,
Abraham the patriarch,
The way to capture that energy,
Which is known as the energy of mercy,
Hope you're ready for that,
Is to refrain,
And this is as much as you can.
Maybe in the beginning you'll be able to do it for five minutes,
To refrain from talking about the energy of mercy,
But you have to refrain from checking your phone,
Checking your device,
Checking your.
.
.
Whatever that is,
That is bringing you to beta,
Because when we wake up from a night's sleep,
We are still transitioning from delta,
Which is the deepest state,
Below the level of consciousness,
We go to theta.
What happens with people that check their phone immediately after they wake up,
Or shortly after,
They are being thrown down to beta,
And that causes stress and lack of productivity.
But you might tell me right now,
Yes,
But Mordecai,
I have a business to run,
I have emails to answer.
.
.
Is it okay to use an alarm clock though?
Is it the same thing?
Like if my alarm wakes me up,
Does it throw me into beta?
You'll be amazed how there are different alarms that are.
.
.
Mine is a harp,
Mine is not a screaming monkey.
No,
Even your harp is a little bit intense.
It's like.
.
.
It's like the guy on the harp,
He's already in beta.
Now we're getting too personal.
Yes,
But there are ways to facilitate that wake up in a more subtle way,
And that can be going to sleep earlier,
That can be putting like a favorite song that you like as a ringtone,
As the alarm,
That puts a smile on your face every time you hear it,
You want to dance,
Or something that is like calm but still getting you more energized.
My recommendation is a song in Hebrew,
So I don't think it's going to help everyone.
You know what,
As you're talking,
I'm thinking,
I believe,
And from my experience and knowing you,
The people you work and the people I work with as well,
Sleep is one of the most difficult things to be disciplined about.
Okay.
It's a very reactive part of our lives,
Right?
There's some people that we always blame Netflix,
It's not really Netflix's fault.
One more season,
One more episode.
One more episode.
I don't really watch a lot of TV,
But when I do,
I really get into it,
Which is why I don't do it that often.
But even,
You know,
I remember times in my life where it was a book that would keep me up into the middle of the night,
And what's interesting is that we say,
Sometimes,
I mean,
We had a crazy couple of weeks in our house,
And I kept saying,
Okay,
I'll sleep in a few,
You know,
I need to push through and then I'll get to sleep on Wednesday.
But what I'm saying is,
According to what you're sharing,
The reason it's so challenging for us to be disciplined,
To go to sleep early and to wake up early,
And by the way,
You hear these,
You read these memoirs of people who accomplished amazing things.
One of the things they were really disciplined about was sleep,
Right?
Making sure that they have that time to.
.
.
The main text of Kabbalah talks about hundreds,
It's hundreds of times that it says the sages went to sleep and they woke up after midnight,
Which is,
By the way,
For the night owls,
After midnight,
Which is the time between the nightfall and dawn,
That's your time of mercy,
Of gates are opening.
But the Kabbalah,
The Zohar is talking about hundreds of times,
How the Kabbalists went to sleep and they woke up after midnight,
Which,
By the way,
Scientifically,
Every hour that you go to sleep before midnight equals two hours in terms of quality.
Two hours of quality compared to the sleep after midnight.
Yes.
Right,
Thank you.
So it's like,
Even if you sleep for four hours before midnight,
But it doesn't work if you're not a morning person,
Because if you're a night owl,
You're not going to be able to do it in the long term.
It's something that is genetic,
But spiritually it's also connected to our tikkun,
To our process of amending.
So the way to go about sleep,
To be disciplined about sleep,
As I said before,
Is the chicken and the egg.
If an individual doesn't take the time throughout the day to have downtime,
Even the sleep will be challenging to fall asleep.
I know people that before they did the personal trainings with me,
The sleep trainings,
They're just laying in bed,
40 minutes,
50 minutes,
An hour,
And nothing happens.
They can't fall asleep.
That's because throughout the day,
There are many times that you can't fall asleep.
They're many times in beta,
Most of the time,
And they're not taking time to slow down,
Which is actually to slow up,
If you can say it that way.
But those that make the effort,
Sleep becomes even more,
And then you find your sweet spot.
Like my sweet spot,
Let's say it's 10.
35,
So I'm putting myself the reminder,
Now it's time to get ready for bed.
And it's also great.
It's one of the recommendations in the Kabbalistic Out of Spiritual Sleep Program,
To measure the time that it takes you to get ready for bed,
And to make it a sacred ceremony.
That's the time you're not using your devices.
If it takes you 15,
16 minutes to shower,
Two minutes to brush your teeth,
You put it all together.
And then you know,
Okay,
So if my sweet spot is 10.
30 and it's 45 minutes,
I need to sleep for 10 minutes,
I need to start at 9.
45.
But only when you start doing that,
And you taste the magic,
And you go to sleep,
And you wake up,
And half of the challenges and the worries are already resolved,
And the other half,
You already have clarity on what you're going to do.
Once you tasted from these fine restaurants,
You're not going to go and have fast food.
Maybe once in a while,
Okay,
There's an event,
So I'm going to stay up later,
But once you do that,
Sleep is the best downtime.
But that's something that I want to emphasize,
Is that you can look at the scheme of a week,
Right?
You have one day that's dedicated for spiritual downtime.
Also,
In the scheme of a day,
Sleep is part of that spiritual downtime routine.
And it's not for this episode,
I believe we've talked about it on previous episodes.
There are certain spiritual work that you accomplish when you're asleep that you don't accomplish when you're awake.
And then now we're bringing into it a new element of the practice,
Is to take the value that you perceive that you're getting when you're sleeping,
That recharge,
Reboot,
And implementing it on a daily basis into your waking time.
Right.
And in a way,
Maybe downtime got a bad PR all those years,
Because even the expression downtime,
Or like people use the expression,
I'm really sorry,
I overslept.
There's no such a thing like I was over awake.
I'm really sorry I was over awake.
I overslept.
So maybe let's change the concept.
Instead of calling it a downtime,
Let's call it battery recharge.
We are all born with a battery,
And that battery has a lifetime.
We don't know how long is the battery going to last.
Now,
If you have,
Probably for most of us,
If not all of us,
We have a smart device below 20%.
It's listening with my device.
It tells you,
Do you want to go on low power mode,
Or you better charge it right now?
It's important,
Essential,
And imperative that we understand.
And by the way,
Even us closing our eyes before we give an answer to someone,
Before we speak,
That shuts down 85% of the distractions.
And even raising your eyes to the level of,
It can be 15 degrees,
45 degrees above the eye level,
Like up,
It's already promoting going to alpha.
But learning,
Switching the definition,
No longer a downtime.
This is a charge time.
Every time I listen to my breathing,
Every time I close my eyes,
Every time I pause,
Including when I go to sleep,
And throughout the day,
I'm charging my battery.
And the rest of the time,
I can use the battery.
Now,
I invite you to accept the opportunity.
I don't want to call it a challenge,
Especially on the energy of the seventh day,
Which is the ultimate deepening of the consciousness.
Because what happens on Friday at sunset,
Automatically,
We're going from beta to the deeper states until we get to delta on Saturday afternoon.
But there are people that even on that day,
They want to check their phone,
They want to check the news,
They want to try even for,
Even if in the beginning,
It's going to be few hours.
And the more advanced is throughout the weekdays.
Sunday,
It's also relatively easier.
But throughout the weekdays,
To take the time to not to check,
Especially throughout the day until midday,
Midday,
You can go crazy,
Because your battery is so strong right now.
Because you you will not pull down,
You didn't take it out of the you didn't unplug it.
Your battery is so strong.
And by the way,
Test it.
Don't believe me,
Test it.
You check your phone around midday,
When your battery is fully charged,
You'll see so many texts,
Oh,
No,
I needed this,
But it's already resolved.
If there is something urgent,
Someone is going to call you.
If it's urgent,
Someone is going to call you.
And yes,
You shouldn't be now in a meditative state.
If someone is calling you,
Especially if Elisheva calls me,
I pick up the phone.
Because if Elisheva calls me,
It's important for me.
It's important for me.
So you have the people in your list that you know,
If they're calling me,
Or if they're texting me.
It's so funny,
I remember that when we did the digital detox episode,
Tiffany Schlein was our guest.
She wrote a book called 24-6.
And she said,
Listen,
People who know me,
Know how to get a hold of me if they need me.
It's not you know,
You think,
Oh,
I can't,
I have kids,
I'm responsible.
There is a way if anybody needs you,
And meaning the people that are close to you,
They will know how to find you.
It's not,
You know,
The world continues turning as you do your spiritual.
This is the thing,
If you want to charge your battery,
Which is the new term for downtime,
You got to set boundaries.
It doesn't work.
If your child right now wants something,
You know what,
It's not urgent right now.
Like a little one yesterday tells me,
You know,
Can I use your phone?
She's seven years old.
Can I use your phone?
I said,
What do you need?
You know,
What do you need it for?
She said,
You know,
I want to call Ima,
I want to call Nisheva.
I said,
Why,
Why do you want to call her?
I just want to call her,
You know,
And I was in the middle of listening to a very deep,
To very deep consciousness.
I said,
Right now I'm using the phone.
I'm using the phone to charge my battery.
So I didn't tell her that,
Obviously,
But I'm using the phone to charge my battery.
So soon,
It doesn't have to be now.
And there's going to be,
There's certain people that are going to text you at 10 p.
M.
Thinking that you are 24 seven available.
Doesn't work like this.
I had someone texted me on Saturday at 3 p.
M.
And I only answered the individual on Sunday.
It's not the end of the world.
And you test me,
Don't believe what I'm saying.
Test me.
You'll see,
You check it at midday.
You'll see,
Oh,
This email already someone else answered.
Oh,
This already got resolved.
Experience the magic because in Delta,
Things come to you.
The magic comes to you.
You don't need to run after things.
That's beta.
I think that deserves its own episode.
I don't think we can unpack that in the couple minutes that we have left.
But there are two things that I want to bring up.
While you were talking,
I was listening to a lecture last week.
And one of the things that Michael Berg said in this lecture was,
I think he was quoting the Rambha,
Rabbi Moshe Chaim Lutzato,
And he said,
The one thing that all spiritual giants have in common are that they took the time for that internal reflection on a daily basis.
And that's why I think it's really important to point out that,
Yes,
There is a day of rest.
And yes,
There's a day,
There's certain times and days for spiritual connection.
But none of us are too busy to pause throughout our day and ask questions like,
You know,
Where is my head at?
Am I being,
You know,
Yes,
I have a to-do list.
Am I losing kindness along the way to accomplish my to-do list?
How am I spending my time and energy?
That's a beautiful way to ask the question,
To assess,
Not with judgment,
Not as a criticism,
But as an analysis.
Where am I putting my time and energy now?
And is this where I want,
The direction I want to be heading in?
It's important to remember that even if you have asked that question at 7 p.
M.
And the answer is no,
This is not how I want to be spending my time and energy,
In that moment,
You can already turn it around.
In that moment,
You can step away,
Close your eyes,
Reflect,
Recharge,
Listen to us,
Whatever it takes to reboot your system.
It's never too late.
Even if you do it in bed as you're going to sleep,
It's never too late.
And by the way,
If you're feeling you don't have enough time,
If you're feeling you are not present,
If you're feeling you're paying the price of not being kind enough,
Or even the minimum of being with human dignity towards people,
And that's a big part of your life,
That part is beta.
That part is the reactive state.
And the good news,
Training,
Practice makes perfect,
Training eventually gets that muscle of being in alpha,
Or theta,
Or even delta,
To stay there.
And then,
Less things are going to pull you down,
And the universe is mirroring your consciousness.
So less things are going to also come,
Yeah,
And rile you,
And shake you,
And interfere to begin with.
Because oh,
You're not shaken by that,
So we don't need even to give you that kind of energy.
The last thing I want to say is the more resistance you have to this concept,
The more essential it is for you to do it.
You may be saying,
Well listen,
I work from nine to five,
I clock in,
I clock out,
I can't,
There's people watching me,
30 seconds.
You have time to go to the bathroom,
You say,
Oh,
Sometimes I don't go to the bathroom,
That's a whole other conversation.
Yeah,
Hold it,
Hold it.
Stop.
Anybody,
And I'm talking to you from the point of view of being,
Again,
A person whose to-do list is never finished,
Right?
I never cross everything off my to-do list in any given day,
There is always time.
It doesn't need to be a 20 minute power nap.
It can be the 30 seconds,
The 60 seconds,
The 120 seconds that you take to look inside,
What's my energy like,
How is it reverberating,
Maybe you're listening to something as you're walking to and from the bathroom that's lifting your spirits.
No one,
No one,
And I say it like that on purpose,
If you're resisting this,
If you're thinking it's impossible,
If you're thinking I can't,
It's too impractical,
It is fundamental and it's also going to have the most impact on you.
For people who are already doing it,
More power to you,
Thank you for being so inspiring,
We hope to meet you someday.
But for those of you that are really,
I mean,
I cringed a couple times because it's just not,
But it is,
It is practical,
It is powerful and it's essential.
Don't believe,
Just try,
Just try and give it a real shot because,
And the Kabbalistic tools,
And that's also what we do in the Kabbalistic sleep coaching,
The one-on-one,
Is that we use all the four segments of the day,
Waking up,
How you conduct yourself throughout the day,
Preparing for sleep and sleep,
We use all those four to create a reality that you proactively slow your brainwaves and charge throughout the day,
And then your battery at the end of the day is not at 10% or 20%,
It's at least 91%.
Amen.
To that.
Have a fabulous week and we'll see you next time on the Weekly Energy Boost.
