This is a meditation to help you receive clarity and guidance from within.
Right now,
If you haven't done so already,
Find a place to get comfortable.
You can also do this type of meditation while you're walking or moving in nature.
Moving helps you to activate that part of yourself that sometimes lays dormant and is open to external information until you place your attention on that place within yourself where you have answers beyond the physical,
External environment,
Beyond what your logical mind can come up with.
So let's get started by taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth in your own rhythm.
Finding your body's natural rhythm will help you to activate parts of your energetic system that might be sleeping or quiet or simply need some activation.
Your body has wisdom for you,
But sometimes we don't access that and stay stuck in the loops of thinking,
Trying to solve problems from only one aspect of ourselves,
Our mind.
As you find a deeper breath and get present to how this breath makes you feel,
Trusting that you are relaxing,
That you are finding presence.
And as you continue listening to my voice,
That part of you within,
That inner knowing is starting to awaken with the intention of reaching clarity and receiving guidance.
I invite you to get curious and begin to bring to mind some situation in your life where you need guidance,
Where you're seeking clarity on the next right step for you.
I invite you to know deeply that you do have the answers within you.
And by asking a simple question that helps you reframe what's possible or a blind spot that you may not be seeing,
That you can trust your inner knowing to show you a wider landscape of what's possible.
As you bring up the situation,
Notice any feelings in your body,
Whether it's fear or confusion or tension or stress,
Whatever you're feeling is perfectly normal.
There are no wrong feelings.
Just notice and be with it.
Sometimes these feelings are where we get stuck and it's hard to see beyond because we start imagining alternatives that simply do not serve us.
Just notice,
Feel whatever's coming up without resisting,
Without blocking,
Without denying,
Doing to breathe intentionally in through your nose,
Releasing tension on the exhale,
Accessing once again that curiosity about alternative possibilities.
Other doors that have yet to open,
Knowing that there is always a way and acknowledging that sometimes what we don't see is actually the perfect next step.
What we're going to do next is ask that innermost part of you that intuitive knowing,
A question.
And once we ask that question,
We're going to ask it three times to allow your subconscious to hear it and receive it.
And then we're going to create quiet so that you can listen,
Not just with your ears,
With your inner knowing,
Whether you receive an answer as a vision through symbols or images,
Whether you receive your information as a voice through hearing internally,
Or perhaps you'll receive it as a vibration,
A feeling in your body.
And then you know what the right next step is.
So let your breath get back to normal and prepare to hear the question and then step into a minute of silence to deeply listen.
We're going to ask this question three times in a row and allow yourself to really feel the words without trying to create the answer.
Really be in the mode to receive.
What do I need to know about this situation that I am not seeing?

Now,
Just listen.
Remember the fine lives are made in that moment when we are not in that moment but you begin to hear the same repayment today but within the moment that this boat remains here.
You you you Now gently coming back with curiosity just notice What did you hear sense see or feel?
Sometimes the intuitive knowing that comes up simply arrives as a feeling or you have a memory that feels really random Where you begin to think of someone that you haven't thought of for a while Where you simply see a symbol or a location There is no right or wrong way to receive intuitive insight I invite you to take a few minutes and grab your journal and a pen and just begin to write whatever comes up Ideally set a timer for about five minutes and at the top again write this question What do I need to know about this that I'm not seeing?
And then just write anything that came up for you any insights any new ideas any revelations or epiphanies Don't judge it don't critique it and please try not to distract yourself When we get into the deeper work of trusting our intuition Your ego may try to distract you because it can be scary to make changes or try something that you haven't tried before Or get to the deeper truth of a situation These aren't bad things it's just how we've been wired But it's time to feel curious about what's possible To know that you have the answers within you And trust your own inner knowing Enjoy the process and I'll see you next time
