Welcome to this week's guided meditation.
I've chosen something a little bit different today.
I believe you already have so many things you want to do.
I believe your to do list is long enough.
I believe you are whole and well,
Just as you are right now.
I invite you into the next little bit of time here to just be.
Allow yourself to settle in,
In whatever way feels comfortable for you.
Right now in this moment,
There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to get right or figure out.
I'm speaking to you,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your cells.
This is an invitation to simply be.
You are already breathing.
You are already whole.
You are already worthy of every single thing that you desire.
Your only invitation right now is to just be.
Relaxing into this moment.
So how do we do that?
We begin by noticing any tension in the body.
It can help to start at the top and go to the bottom or start at the bottom and go to the top.
Our mind likes sequence.
So right now,
I invite you to start at the top or the bottom as it feels good for you.
And just do a scan with your internal eyes.
If closing your eyes feels good to you.
Go ahead and do that now.
And as if you're looking from one direction,
Top to bottom,
Or bottom to top.
Just notice any stuck points of tension.
Just allow your in breath to fill your body with air,
Oxygen,
Life force.
Allow your exhale to soften.
Continue scanning for any places in your body that are holding tension.
Making a special note to loosen and soften the muscles behind your eyes and your jaw.
And on both shoulders.
Your inhales will happen naturally without you trying.
Invite your exhale to be complete.
Relaxing every part of your body.
Creating space for you to just be.
For the next few minutes,
Continue the simple presence of inhale and exhale.
And when the time has come to an end,
I will call you back with my voice.
Enjoy just being for the next several minutes.

And now it's time to step back in.
Before you release this energy of just being,
I invite you to notice where in your body you feel being.
Whether it's in your mind.
Your heart.
Your belly.
Just take a moment to anchor this feeling in by placing your hand wherever you feel being.
When you give yourself permission to just be in the moment as you are.
You let your entire system,
Your entire being relax and see,
Feel and experience more than you could when you're trying to fit into the moment.
Be something that you think you're supposed to be.
Grant yourself permission right now to bring this energy and anchor it in into all areas of your life.
Whether you are connecting with your children.
Connecting with clients,
Co-workers,
Partners,
Friends.
Imagine taking a moment to simply be.
Exactly where you are,
Exactly who you are.
And letting that be more than enough.
You are already more than enough.
