A Meditation - 11/11 Love Earth Meditation
We dreamed about the power of practicing love and sharing that with ourselves, each other, and Mother Earth. Join us for an hour-long meditation where we invite you to sit outside and connect with the Earth to help raise our human vibration to match that of our mother, who gives us everything we need to live, and thrive. Thank you for taking the time to get quiet and share your love with all of us! Love, Eleanor Medina

How are you feeling about living on Earth right now?
How is it to be an Earthling,
Embodying and inhabiting this planet with everything that's going on?
With the war,
With the injustice,
With the illness,
The fear.
Feels like that's been a majority of my conversations lately.
Really friends and clients and family just asking the simple question,
What do we do?
What do we do about this Earth experience that so many of us are having?
And I had a dream,
And in the dream I had left my body and I became one with all beings,
With God,
With the universe,
With the source.
It was blue and white and orange.
The Earth came to me and she said,
What else do you want from me?
I've given you everything,
Everything.
What else do you want?
You just take and take and take,
And I'm dying.
And I said,
I'm so sorry,
I'm sorry.
What do we do?
What can we do?
And she said,
Love each other,
Love each other,
Just love each other.
So that's what we have to do right now.
We have to love each other and we have to love ourselves and we have to love the Earth.
And so we need to practice it.
We just practice over and over every stranger we see on the street,
Hold with loving eyes.
Every time we have an inner critic that comes forward in our own body,
We just love and welcome that part and go to kindness,
Kindness and love,
So simple.
And so I'm inviting the world to come and practice loving together on 11,
11,
November 11th and 11 o'clock mountain time so that we can raise this vibration that the Earth is begging for.
We have to do it and we have to do it together.
I hope that you'll join us in raising the vibration of this planet back to her original divine loving state.
We can do this together.
Hello everyone.
It's 11,
11 mountain time.
11,
11 on 11,
11.
We have a whole community of people gathered here at our house.
Feels so good.
And so people are trickling in,
But it's time to start.
We've got leaves falling.
Can everyone hear me okay?
Okay,
I'm seeing some thumbs up.
I love seeing you.
I appreciate the videos.
Finding yourselves in a comfortable seat.
We have blankets and pillows.
Claim one.
There's the boy,
Michael.
Taking some deep breaths.
Grounding inside.
And just tune in the direction that you want to face.
You can face me if you want.
Or you can face outward.
Whatever is best for you.
And we have a bunch more blankets if you want to pile them underneath your booties.
Make yourself feel comfortable.
Maybe you want to sit today.
Or maybe you want to lay down.
Or maybe you want to stand.
Or maybe you want to do a combination of all of them.
Start by tuning into your breath.
And when I say breath,
I really mean deep belly breath.
So I'm just going to show everyone what I mean by breathing into the belly.
I put my hand here and I breathe in down low.
How big that can get.
Really breathe all the way down there,
Not in the chest.
See how big you can make your belly on the inhale.
And then exhale,
Contracting the belly button towards the spine.
Breathing like this.
This type of breathing is how we used to breathe when we were born.
When we're first learning to breathe,
It sends a calming relaxation to the nervous system.
Saying,
It's okay.
Right here.
In and out.
In and out.
Welcome,
Sweet friends,
To this Love Earth meditation.
So grateful to my friends in person,
Traveling,
Making their way to this beautiful location.
On these native lands where we stand.
And to our friends joining online.
And to their native lands.
Just taking a moment and really just feeling the land that we are on in this moment.
Maybe your eyes are open or maybe they're softened closed.
If ever the meditation feels like it's getting to be too much,
You can always feel free to open your eyes and look around you.
And just connect with the earth,
Asking her for support.
We'll be seated here for about 40 minutes or so.
And so I invite you to really sink in,
Drop inside.
I'll be guiding lightly.
And remember that you are your own guide.
You're your inner guide.
And all we're doing in this meditation is bringing our attention back to the present moment.
Feeling the wind on our skin.
And the breath in our lungs.
And the sun on our body.
Allowing whatever arises with an openness and a tenderness,
Kindness.
And with that open kindness,
Sending love to this magnificent earth that we get to call home.
Simply bringing an open awareness to it.
Simply bringing an open awareness to whatever is arising.
Quieting the mind.
That's the first step.
Noticing the thoughts that come and acknowledging them.
And then bringing yourself back to seated here.
In this beautiful earth,
Our home.
And in this meditation,
I invite us today to move past the busyness of our own minds.
Our own life experiences and dig deeper.
The earth,
Our mother,
Needs our help.
Listen to her.
Right now.
Breathing slowly.
Into the belly.
And relaxing the body on the exhale.
How much can you be aware of?
Right now.
Perhaps you notice the colors behind your eyes.
Or the subtle pulse of the mycelial network under your body.
The way that the trees communicate with each other.
With the earth herself.
Maybe today you want to tap yourself into her.
That network.
Remembering our own.
Remembering love.
Love,
Love,
Love.
Love,
Love,
Love,
Love.
This vibration that we are.
Just noticing what comes up as we sit with loving the earth.
She gives so much to us.
And the invitation for us today is to really ask her and all of her beings what we can offer them.
In deep gratitude and reciprocity for this life that we have been given.
Just being grateful for this breath.
It's a good place to start.
Just including all the noises.
Just as a part of this beautiful moment.
Noticing where your attention is.
And coming back to the intention of this love earth meditation.
We all know how to love.
We do.
So we get to practice it.
Dozens of us,
Right here,
Right now.
See if you can feel into the collective of those of us here.
On this beautiful land in Boulder.
And those who are all over the world.
And all over the world.
Joining us right now.
To raise the vibration of the human back to the vibration of our mother earth.
She's already got it.
She's already got it.
She's already got it.
She's doing great.
We're the ones.
Who need to match her.
We get to practice together right now.
Let her teach you.
By listening to the bird.
By listening to the bird.
On every exhale,
Softening the face and the jaw.
Releasing any tension.
And maybe you even want to try bringing some kindness into your features.
By smiling with your eyes.
See what that might be like.
Holding a kindness.
A loving presence.
Even as we sit.
What are we practicing?
What are we practicing?
They were practicing love.
What if every day we practice love?
How might we change the vibration of the world?
Can you listen to the wind?
Can you listen to the wind?
Can you listen to your heart?
Can you listen to the earth?
I wrote a song last week.
Sitting at the pond.
Next to this beautiful space that we get to occupy.
For now.
And it was inspired.
By the desire to do what I can to help others.
To help relieve the pain and suffering of the world.
The war.
The anger.
The fear.
What do we do about it?
And the answer that I got.
Was that we loved.
Duh.
We just forget sometimes.
So I'd like to share my song with you.
For the last several minutes of this meditation.
See what it stirs inside.
And see as you feel the emotion that arises.
If you can breathe it into your body.
Let it expand inside of you.
And when you exhale.
Exhale space for it to be.
Just as it is.
And then breathe in this pain.
In the next breath.
For all beings everywhere.
Who are experiencing grief.
Sadness.
Fear.
And then exhale room and space for that.
And in the space there are.
Threads of.
Love.
This is a practice called Tonglen.
So as I sing.
See if you might.
Tune into this making space for whatever arises.

Keeping your attention right here.
On the breath.
On love.
How do we keep our attention on love?
Ram Dass says,
We love that which we love.
We let it keep expanding bigger and bigger.
We love a tree.
We love a flower.
We love a cat.
We love a human.
Keep letting that love expand.
Expand.
Expand.
What do you love,
My sweet friend?
I invite you to call in what you love today is November 11th.
11-11.
This is an angel number.
And the angels are here with us,
Listening to us.
We just have a few moments left of the meditation.
I invite you to tune in to what you love and feel it in your body.
And then send it out.
Send it out to the earth.
Send it out to each other.
And feel it yourself.
I am so incredibly humbled and grateful that you all came to sit and meditate in love for the earth.
Thank you so much.
We have to do this together.
There's no other way.
And how do we do it?
We just keep loving each other.
So simple.
But it takes practice over and over So keep practicing,
Please.
Taking a few more deep,
Slow breaths.
Maybe starting to bring a little bit of movement into the body.
Moving nice and slowly.
When you feel ready,
Possibly letting your eyes start to blink open.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
What is it to really bow to each other?
What if we bowed to each other?
Many cultures do this.
I really like it.
Thank you.
I'm bowing to you.
For taking the time out of your beautiful Saturday to be with us to help raise this vibration.
Tears are so full in me right now.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much,
Everybody.
Muchísimas gracias a todos.
Con mucho amor.
