That activity will be so successful.
So it is so important that we do this once every week.
So that our mind comes to this silence and after this silence when we go back to activity,
We are so 100% productive there,
So 100% focused.
Now is your mind negative right now?
Are you thinking about that bad person and that bad person and he said this and that thing is bad in my life?

Negativities also go away with just kriya and meditation.
Kriya automatically took you into meditation.
There is nothing more to do.

When we are in that other state which you were in before you came here in the morning,
If somebody says all these things to you,
Read them out.
How do you feel?

Lovely person.
Smart.
Pre-dressed.
Genuine.
Smart.
Intelligent.
Bright.
Ugly.
No one has to close it.
Somebody has to close it.
No one is picking it up.
That's fine.
But somebody told you all these nine,
Ten good qualities about you and said only one bad thing.
But you are ugly.
You have an ugly nose.
What sticks?
What sticks to the mind?
The ugly.
I forget all the other nine,
Ten compliments he has given me,
She has given me that I am genuine,
I am intelligent,
You know I have a pretty dress,
I have a very nice smile.
But I am stuck to what?
Ugly.
Are you seeing this?
This is the nature of the mind to hold on to the negative and let go of the positive.
Are you seeing this?
Yeah.
Then what we do?
I hold on to one negative from Monday morning,
Another negative Monday afternoon,
Another negative Monday night.
Goes to Tuesday,
Goes to Wednesday.
My entire bag is full of negativity by the time it's Sunday.
Are you seeing this?
What does Kriya do?
You just told me,
You know you were not thinking anything negative.
What did Kriya do?
Take away the negative.
This is what Kriya does.
It flushes out all the negative and inside there is just the positive remaining.
It acts like a sieve.
Not just Kriya,
Meditation,
Knowledge,
That is what helps.
Otherwise the nature of the mind is what?
To always stick on to the negative and forget the positive that has come in life.
Hasn't your mind been doing that?
Everybody?
Yeah.
So now you start looking at it.
What is my tendency?
Do I stick to the negative all the time?
And if I do,
Now consciously reverse that.
What Kriya or meditation has been doing for you,
You start doing that consciously.
I will let go of that one negative thing that the person said.
It's okay.
I am not the world's most horrible person.
I am really not.
My mind makes it up.
It's a story my mind has created.
Have you noticed?
My mind creates all manohar kahaniya.
All the stories.
Oh I am bad,
I did this,
I am like that.
It keeps beating itself.
So recognize this.
I am doing this to myself.
It's not the other person really.
When you stop doing this to yourself,
Consciously you become a stronger person.
And I let go of somebody else's words.
I have been holding on to it.
I let go of his words.
What does that make me?
Free of that bhuj,
That burden that I was carrying.
I become free.
So it is up to me whether I want to become free or I want to keep carrying this burden all my life.
Have you seen this?
You think about this.
Do you want to keep carrying this burden all your life and to your deathbed?
You are all going to die,
You know that right?
And you are still holding on to that one little thing he said and she said.
Drop.
Open your fists.
They are tightly closed.

You doubt the positivity in people.

Let's reverse this.

Let's completely reverse this.
No more doubting any positive thing.
Yes?
If you notice that you are a negative person,
Drop the negative.
Some people start,

Arre ae toh hoon eva lai nahi hai.
This is not going to happen.
Have you seen?
Most have not even discussed the idea with you.
You just throw out a no.
Yes?
Many of us do that.
Observe.
Am I a person that holds on to negative only in life?
Let me consciously drop it.
Let me consciously become a sieve and filter out the negative thoughts that come and just hold on to positivity.
Yes?
Because the law of attraction states that whatever you hold on to,
You will attract that more in life in future.
Suppose I hold on to negative,
What will happen?
I will attract more negativity towards me in life from all directions.
Yes?
So if I hold on to what little positive I have,
Even if it is just one compliment and drop all the negative,
What will happen?
I will attract more positivity in life.
Both these points go together.
Nature of the mind is to hold on to the negative.
I recognize this tendency and consciously make an effort to drop the negative.
Why?
Because the law of attraction states that whatever you hold on to,
You will attract that more.

So we will make a commitment to ourselves,
This week I will be 100% positive.
Yes?
You see in the movie Yes Man,
He is saying yes all the time.
I will say yes all the time.
Forget the negative part of the movie.
Everything positive will happen.
Yes?
And be a yes man or a yes woman this week.
