Don't let anybody ever tell you to stop dreaming.
Do you have a dream?
Do you wish something different for your life?
Although we need to learn to appreciate what we have,
To be grateful for all we own,
It doesn't mean that we can't wish for more.
We reach a point in our lives where we are content.
We feel happy for who we are as a person,
As a human being.
However,
Even though we are so lucky to get to a place of serenity,
Peace of mind and inner sense of ease and achievement,
We still thrive for something more.
And then random people,
As well as ones close to us,
Tell us to stop,
To give up on our dreams because they are far beyond our reach.
For those people who from their imaginary pedestal believe to know better,
We say,
Mind your business,
Cause we were living your dream,
Do our best to achieve it,
And they are resting and pointing fingers.
Let's breathe to our strength and let do it through our nose only,
If it's possible.
We're going to take 10 breaths,
The first three breaths very deep.
And just focus on not posing between breaths,
But keep a constant one all alone.
Where each breath feels shareable,
Try always start.
Breathing and out through your nose if it's possible.

Now that our body and mind are relaxed we're going to move to the next step.
We're gonna get rid of those judgments,
Those comments which are stuck in our mind,
Feeding the back part of our brain and originating even more bad vibes in and outside of us.
Now we are in the frontal part of our brain.
We're focusing on the creativity,
On the visions that we have of our lives,
Of our dreams.
Take three deep breaths and start seeing yourself in the dream you have.
Like it is real because it will be one of these days and you're working your mmm for that.
You shine every single day even more and you're doing your best.
Give yourself a pat on your shoulders to express your achievements,
Your resilience.
You wake up every single day and you have a dream.
People may not understand it but it doesn't matter because there are some real friends,
Relatives or people that can actually comprehend what you're aiming to.
