Hello everyone and welcome to this beautiful meditation in which we're gonna relax,

Enjoy the beauty of the colors and get most of it from them.

Take a very comfortable position,

You can decide to sit down or to lie down,

Whatever is better for you in this moment.

Just relax,

Take some breaths,

Let yourself go,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your neck,

Let every muscle really get super super tender and soft.

Let's take three breaths together through the nose or through the mouth,

Whatever is better for you.

And two more.

Now that we feel even more relaxed,

We can decide if we can to close our eyes and we're gonna start our visualization imagining this beautiful rainbow and all these wonderful colors which is shining for us and waiting for us to experience something fabulous and unique.

You see those colors,

They don't compete with each other,

They all shine,

They're all worthy and they're gonna help you today to gain energy,

Strength,

Balance and anything that you need at this specific moment.

So in our visualization,

We're gonna stand up and we're gonna walk towards that beautiful and encouraging rainbow.

We walk step by step and it's getting closer and closer to us and now we are right in front of it.

And we're gonna ask permission to the rainbow to walk on it and get most of the energy that it can give us.

We walk step by step and all those colors are melting with us.

They know exactly where to go,

Which part of our body,

Which part of our emotional state,

They can help.

Our chakras find a better balance and the energy runs through our body in a more relaxed,

A more balanced way.

We keep walking and the rainbow is welcoming us,

Embracing us,

Kissing us,

All up to the middle of it and then we ask again permission this time to sit on it and to feel the energy even more.

And now I will let you a little time with the rainbow so you can communicate and the rainbow can communicate with you for like a minute.

You can be more specific,

Trying to tell the rainbow how grateful you are for his health but at the same time asking for maybe certain things that really matter to you.

Now it's time again to stand up and walk back to the beginning of the rainbow.

But first we're gonna thank again the rainbow for his help,

For being here with us today,

To help us find balance,

Energy,

Strength,

Healing.

We start walking back and the rainbow is tickling us,

Make us laugh.

A smile can pop up on our face and we're almost there,

We get to the beginning of the rainbow.

We express our gratitude once again then we step down the rainbow.

We let our visualization go.

We feel more at peace.

We are strong,

Empowered by the rainbow.

We take three breaths together.

Thank you for being here with me.

This is a reminder that the rainbow is always gonna be there for you,

Waiting for you for whatever you are in need.
