And welcome to this meditation together.
Today we're trying to do a meditation like moving around,
Moving our arms,
Moving our legs,
Jumping around and in this way we're going to try to release our tension and stress that is affecting our life.
So if it's possible do this meditation standing,
If not just sit and but be able at least to move your arms and maybe your feet at one point.
So we're gonna start by putting our feet at a distance of about 10 centimeters one from the other and we're gonna breathe for three times.
Two more.
Now we're going to start moving just the arms.
So we're gonna move like the right arm towards the left,
Left arm towards the right and keep going like some waves of the ocean,
The sea.
Listen to the rhythm that is inside you,
Like the music that is inside you,
The music that makes you feel good and it makes you forget and get rid of that stress and tension.
It doesn't matter if you're going fast or slow,
Just follow your rhythm and go and move and then when you're ready you can start moving also your hips and then go and let it go.
There's no right or wrong,
It's just like releasing tension,
Releasing stress and then let the cells of our body move around,
Find peace inside us and around us.
Get rid of expectations from other people,
From life and welcoming all the good,
All the things that we deserve in our life.
Then we're gonna try to move the arm in order to give some little slap on our hips or butt.
One arm to the out,
One on one side and the other one and move around.
You can still kind of move your legs if you can.
Keep moving,
Keep moving.
Now we're gonna move our arms in order to hit with our hands the other side,
The other shoulder.
So the right hand is gonna hit the left shoulder,
The left hand is gonna hit the right shoulder and go on and keep moving from one side to the other.
You can still move your legs,
You can also start moving your feet if you want.
Kind of follow the rhythm,
The beat of that slap that you give your shoulder.
It doesn't have to be too hard.
A few more and then we're gonna go to the next step and we're gonna jump from one foot to the other like we were kids when we didn't care about other people judging us,
About,
You know,
Screaming,
Laughing,
Crying and do whatever we felt in that moment because we were kids and we didn't really care about other people's judgment.
So a few more here and let's start jumping from one foot to the other.
Jump,
Jump,
Jump,
Jump,
Jump,
Jump,
Jump,
Jump.
Even here you can go slowly,
You can go fast,
Whatever you prefer,
But keep jumping and again if you are seated maybe just hit the beat with your feet on the ground and keep jumping and let go.
You can breathe through your nose,
You can breathe through your mouth,
You can even decide to move your arms up,
Whatever you feel that the kid inside you guide you and not caring about anybody,
Any judgment.
Keep jumping,
Keep jumping and keep jumping and keep jumping and slowly you're gonna slow down and find a position in which again you are still,
Let go,
You feel much better,
That tension,
That stress that was affecting you,
It's much,
Much less.
Now we're gonna do,
We're gonna take three breaths through our mouths and we're gonna release a little more the stress.
You're gonna put your hands in the prayer position or whatever you feel comfortable with and you're gonna bow and thank you again for being part of this meditation.
