Welcome who do you really want to impress and why?
Jojo Yotima said it's never too late to be the person you could be since we are kids we are told that it is important to compete with other people this causes us sometimes stress,
Anxiety and then we don't feel comfortable in our own skin it is ok to be a little competitive in order to feel to be better but unfortunately we spend so much time on social medias that then we feel detached we try to compete with people that we barely know that we don't even know this causes us a lot of stress and anxiety we become detached from our own reality we have become so critical of ourselves,
Of our body,
Of our behaviour and then we risk to miss the beauty of peace and true quality today we don't want to impress anybody except ourselves we are going to think about some of the behaviours that we can try to reduce,
Change,
Get rid of let's think about those moments when we feel the energy,
We feel the need,
The urge of competing with other people it's ok to compete a little as I said if you are looking for a job or for something that you really believe in but don't get this competition to destroy your energy and your essence think about the things that make you better,
That make you uncomfortable but don't let those attack your balance and your peace and mentality because we are here to find peace and true quality and we don't need another meditation in order to correct this anxiety so think about those behaviours in a very light way without causing you distress act a little on these behaviours,
These things that make you feel less,
That make you feel that you are not enough just let these thoughts come,
Maybe later,
You can even write in your notebook some of these thoughts but don't let it now cause you distress and make you feel uncomfortable we are gonna take a very deep breath together and we are gonna let all these thoughts come like balloons flying in the air and this is a beer from us,
Let's take this breath we are blowing those balloons away from us like I said we are gonna start to work on ourselves,
On our soul to prove ourself that we don't have to prove anything to anybody let's think about something beautiful about us,
About our behaviour I'm sure you are gonna find something about yourself,
Something that is just marvellous just think about all the paths that you already walked on just think about all the improvements that you have achieved in different aspects of your life support yourself,
Give yourself a cuddle,
A hug,
A caress now I'm gonna ask you to put one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly you can feel at the same time the beating of your heart and the breath I'm gonna leave you here alone but I'll be back for about 10 breaths let these breaths be full of serenity,
Peace and tranquillity now we are gonna move our attention to something magical that you will be able to experience even later on think about your day made of so many hours,
Minutes and seconds be nice to yourself,
Be lovely to yourself,
Do not punish yourself,
Do not focus on the thing that you did not do or the thing that you did maybe not in the perfect way let's say that every second,
Every minute,
Every hour they could be better than the one that happened just before in this way we'll have a world of possibilities you can be better than a minute ago,
You can be better than a second ago,
You can be better than an hour ago let's be mindful,
Let's live this moment and be a better version of ourselves every single moment let's take three deep breaths let's think about something which we are not so proud of it doesn't have to be anything serious,
For instance this could be something that like you do exercise every day when you want it or you are supposed to do it,
Or you find that some delicious food so good but not so good for your health you could have a point that why did you eat that?
Let's think how step by step we can kind of change these behaviours it doesn't matter if it's going to take us an hour,
A day or even more in order to change these habits,
Change these behaviours later you could even write it down,
Don't think as a big picture,
Just think little things at a time one day you are going to do one step and then another step,
Another and another and you are going to get to the final picture,
The bigger picture be loving to yourself,
Don't be cruel to yourself,
Don't be cruel to yourself,
Don't be cruel to others,
But in previous be good to you we are going to take ten deep breaths together,
Let's try to make this breathing as low as possible let our belly,

Don't forget to be supportive to yourself,
Don't forget to be loving to yourself give yourself a hug,

I don't need to wear costumes,
I don't need to fake to trick anybody because now I can be myself,
I don't need to make people laugh,

Always pleasant to all the world out there,
I don't need to be like anybody else I don't need to copy others,
I don't need to look like other people because now I accept myself for who I am with my talents,
With doing good things about myself but also with the flaws,
Maybe I'm not perfect but I'm always myself I accept and love who I am and who I can become,
I love myself,
