Hello my friends,
I'm so sorry but I got so busy again with all my stuff and when I saw the last time I talked to you I felt a little embarrassed.
But no matter what I want to tell you that I really really really miss you and I thought about you on many different occasions.
I hope you're all doing great.
You guys rock.
If no one told you that I'll tell you cause you really impress me every single day.

Ok let's get cozy and we start.
So you remember that the last time we talked I informed you that I was going to become a chef.
Well now it is really really official.
I am a chef.
I passed all my exams.
I made so many good dishes and I even got a food truck.
Yes!
My dad,
Grey and I are around the city every single day.
Dad and Grey have been so so so so so so so so helpful with all these projects.
I couldn't have done it without them.
We got one of those Volkswagen trucks.
We renovated it.
We painted it.
We're rainbow colours and Grey and I even drew some unicorns,
Stars and fairies.
There are even some mermaids and mermen.
It is so so so so cool.
I wish I could show you a picture of it.
So we built a kitchen inside the truck and that's where I cooked for all of my clients.
I prepared delicious dishes each day and every one of them is so happy.
They all eat my food and even lick their moustache.
The menu changes every single day and I always try to be a little creative,
Innovative.
I don't know.
You know what I mean.
So I incorporate new cuisines.
I even do some fusion dishes.
Do you know what fusion dishes mean?
For example I do a fusion called Asian de Cuba.
Those are dishes in which I mix Asian food,
Asian ingredients,
Asian recipes with others from a beautiful place called Cuba.
It sounds easy to say but I can guarantee you that it ain't easy at all.
If you mess up just a little the food won't taste good at all.
I messed up a couple of times but you know what they say.
We learn by our own mistakes,
Don't we?

It got so late and I didn't even realize that.

That's what I'm going to do too because tomorrow morning I have to get up very early and we jump on the truck and I start cooking for everybody.
